Roleplay Style: I write mid-casual, though sometimes I tend to lurk in Free roleplays when I'm feeling lazy. I only roleplay females, and I refuse to play canon characters. I enjoy both fandom and original stories, and I am A-OK to play mature settings and themes. However, I prefer to use fade-to-black when it comes to sexual situations, as driven out sex scenes are just long and awkward to write.

Well for one, I'd say that permanently changing your form would be a slow process over a long time. Not only that but it would limit exploration into other fields of magic due to the energy needed for the upkeep of your changing body. Going along with this, food intake would have to equal that of the new growth and possibly even some sort of draught/potion to sustain the change without your body rejecting it? Perhaps drunk every day/week something like that?
Thoughts, Emuxe?
Edit: Not to mention the magics would be advanced, may even require either darker knowledge from Alithe's lands or a trip to the Institute?

I'd say that races that most similarly resemble each other are possible and might be somewhat common. I could see Humani/Elvish, Humani/Dwarvish, and Elvish/Dwarvish being existant and decently common. Thoughts? @Emuxe
Well, more common than other hybrid breeds, but still relatively uncommon. It'd be like a cat trying to mate with a lion, it just wouldn't work too well.
