Max frowns when the kid mentions that Artimes is in charge of the house. "Nice try, but Arthur-" She cuts off as the sleep energy hits her and immediately passes out. She looks like she loses 5 years with the anger gone from her face.

Max doesn't even move as she corrects the kid. "Language, kiddo, unless you want your mouth washed out with soap." Her head lolls towards Devon. "So what's the drill here, ghost? Who's second-in-command, who's medic, what're the rules?" she asks.
