OKAY so like remember how I said I'd be back in like full swing? yeah didn't work out really as you can tell but hey I'm here know and my body is ready.

Liam let out a genuine laugh as she said she would teach him. No bloody way this girl is serious, I mean cmon she fucki- Liam thought before he realized she had moved and sat down in front of him, demanding that she have his food.
It was at this stage of this little Fiasco when Liam truly panicked internally. OH SHIT SHE IS SERIOUS!!! What the hell am I going to do What the hell am I going to do What the hell am I going to do?! I admit that I suck eggs at math but to be honest I rather roast in the 7th level of hell than be taught by the person that gives the devil nightmares. He thought as he stared at her calmly. But for some reason, I feel.....happy? why do I feel happy? He mumbled quietly to himself before he remembered she demanded his food. Almost immediately he kicked back into “take no shit” mode.
I am sorry, but unless you ask properly I will not give you a sandwich. Here I will even show you how to do so. So lets say, in a world where the allies lost WWII and the whole world was nuked, I was you He said giving a slight cringe at the thought. Anyways here is how I would ask for a sandwich:
Hi Manami, may I have some of your food please.
Sure Liam go ahead and take some.
And immediately after that we would then hook up and fall in love and get married and have devil children because at some point in time you revealed that you are in fact a citizen of hell disguised as a human and I would totally except that and still love you, but that’s not the point of this. The point of this is to show how a human acts. Now try to repeat what I said okay? He said as if talking to a two year old before laughing. Anyways I doubt that you came up here to teach me…so what was the REAL reason you came to meet yours truly? He said taking another bite of his sandwich and continuing to write in his book.

He learned what the saying “live life to the fullest” truly meant when he was with his mother. She was always looking for something new to learn or discover whilst keeping the biggest smile Liam has seen to this day.
From his father however, He learned just how vile a human can be and how low one can stoop. His father always thought of Liam as a mistake for a reason still unknown to him. The curiosity and imagination of his mother rubbed off on Liam as he realized that he wanted to work towards writing a fictional book set in a world of his creation. So everyday he wrote, thinking of some new race or species or kingdom that would fit in his world.
At the age of twenty however things took a turn for the worst when it was found out that his father had gotten into a rather massive amount of debt and Liam was going to have to pay it off by working on the wall. That was a joke. Anyways Liam's master is very old (although I do not know how old) and some of the things Liam was given were in the blacksmiths family for many years and were given to the first son of each new generation. However the blacksmith's wife was *cough cough* infertile *cough Cough* so they never had a son. So when Carter came around they treated him like the son the never had and gave him those things and he restored them. So yeah.... gotta love NPC backstories.
Edit: and yeah I imagined the poorer part of town to be a place with blacksmiths and stuff. Hope thats okay with you...
