To put it simply, I'm a High Schooler living outside of the U.S who happens to hold an extreme interest in 20th Century obscure historical figures such as Huey Long, Gregor Strasser, Father Charles Coughlin, and Corneliu Codreanu. I've been RPing on here on and off since I was 12 (fuck it's been awhile) on multiple accounts (I started this one when I was around 13), over that time, I've most certainly gotten better both as a writer and someone who's able to get into character. My favourite (and really only) types of RPs are NRPs because I feel like they play into my interests of politics, character creation, and historical contexts/world-building. My favourite settings are those stereotypical post-apocolypse dystopias that you would see the generic Young Adult book protagonist wander around, though I'm also open for Sci-Fi, Modern, and Historical settings. I'm not the biggest fan of Steampunk though, so it's slightly more difficult for me to get involved in those. When RPing, I prefer not to get involved into the stats side of things, as I'd much rather dive deep into the lore of both the setting I'm RPing with and the Characters/Nations I'm using for that RP in question.

Now, for more about myself, I'm a massive fan of Music in general and a Singer. My favourite band changes what seems like weekly, though I'd say I'm a massive fan of Nine Inch Nails, Turnover, The Smashing Pumpkins, Foster The People, Weathers, and Smashmouth The Wombats. My favourite songs are probably Closer, by Nine Inch Nails, Knights of Cydonia, by Muse, BYOB, by System of a Down, Pumped up Kicks, by Foster The People and I Don't Wanna Know, by Weathers. My favourite games are NBA2k18 and Crusader Kings 2, though I'm also a fan of HOI4 (yay Kaiserreich) and EU4.

Database of some RPs I've ran:
Age of Rebirth (Post WW3)
The original. Was a popular NRP for it's time but eventually died out.
The Rise of Man (Fallout-like RP)
The "sequel" to Age of Rebirth. Was quite interesting building off the history of an NRP that already happened to create a new one.
Sollus Supremus (Dune-like Space Opera)
I decided to venture out of my comfort zone a bit with this one, some really generic Space Opera.
Age of Rebirth: The Rising Tide [Post-Apocolyptic NRP]
Honestly my favourite one I've ever made, though that's most likely because I've become a better writer over the past 3 years, considering I'm no longer 13, like I was when I made Age of Rebirth.

Italy still available for some holy conquest?

Yep.
Also, @Iluvatar, you're accepted, post your app in the CS
<Snipped quote by MetalLover>

Ah, good. Glad about that.

I just though it would take a while for the Reconquista of Scotland and so forth to be finished :)

In your opinion, would the population of the Kingdom of Great Britain be large enough to begin establishing small communities in places like Newfoundland? A kind of new imperialistic age?

I'd be fine with it, if you managed to get Gibraltar then you'd most likely be able to take Newfoundland.
Can I please make a claim on the UK? I'll get my app up later

Someone already claimed it, though Ireland is open, though Iluvatar plans on eventually eating it with his British nation, so it could be an interesting dynamic with you trying to defend it.
<Snipped quote by MetalLover>Why? There's nothing really which truly neccessiates dormancy for this long.
Sure, even with clean nukes there are issues like a potential ice age from the dust generated by massed us of kinetic rod orbital weapons. Somebody can be also deliberately asshole by using dirty nukes to fuck their enemy over. But in that case if they want they can make that part uninhabitable for even millions of years.

Pardon me if you perceive this as nitpicking but I just give you ideas. I can understand that you don't wish to give people unfair advantage by starting sooner but perhaps there's no such gain to begin with. A nation with longer surface-dwelling history can be as good as the others. Or even worse. The don't be OP ruling applies on them regardless.

You have a point and it doesn't really affect @Iluvatar app by making him stronger then the rest.
Imperial GM Decree, you do not have to arrive out of the bunker in 2260, but it can't be earlier then 2220.
So was America even bombed at all?

Yes, the whole world was, it would just take me hours writing in how everyone was bombed.
Like I said in the timeline, nearly every nation chose a side, and in the original RP the Americas where divided, so we can assume that the different Americas bombed each other.
Legal Nation Name: The Kingdom of Great Britain
What Areas Do You Control:

Flag or Banner:

Political Party: The Conservative Party/Tories
Type of Government: Unitary oligarchic constitutional monarchy
Date Out of Bunker: 2231
Productions: Coal, Ships, Electrical Equipment, Pharmaceuticals, Aircraft

History of the Nation:

Main Race:
85% English
10% Celtic
5% Other

Main Religion: Anglicanism
Other: Great Britain has subdued the Scots and Welsh by exiling rebellious leaders and 'educating' children into supporting the Kingdom. There is much positive sentiment among the British population overall concerning the unified state, partly due to the much higher survival rate of the English over the Celts. The island of Great Britain is now populated by over 85% English compared to just 10% Celtic - although an anomaly is in Cornwall, where there has been a Celtic population explosion that roughly equals the English population there.

Just one nitpick, I stated that the earliest you can be out of the Bunker is 2260, other then that it is great.
If you'd like, you can have contact still happen, with some expeditions outside of the bunker, but the only date that they officially allowed settling and recolonization of Britain can be from 2260 to 2275.
Can someone break down the timeline for me? I'm having trouble figuring out when the bombs dropped, when humanity came out of the bunkers, and when we are now?

Yay Timeline, I'll go through and add more to it in my free time, including the destruction of Japan, the Rise of Holy Empire, and the fall of London.

@MetalLoverSince many people mentioned mutants, what kind of "fantastic" elements are allowed?
Even in Fallout the mutants are usually product of genetic experiments and the FEV virus.
Also didn't the nations used fusion nukes that are almost completely void of any fallout? Granted, a destruction of this scale I bet there are plenty of other hazards.
Just saying.

"Mutants" with minor deformities are allowed. I do believe accounts of the children of survivors of Chernobyl and the Nuclear bombings of Japan resulted in some of them having deformities, so it would make sense that some of those would breed together during those two hundred years, areas with a larger populace, which needed more nukes, would most likely have more mutants.
So no, no Super Mutants like in fallout, but people with minor deformities can be used in story.
Now moving on to experiments, I was talking about how these bunkers (vaults) where used, maybe have on in your area that was used specifically for the experiments of creating a slave-like mutated human, if you bring up that as an example, as long as it isn't so far fetched, I'd be fine.
Hey, I've got a WIP for a Free Republic of Normandy that I'd like to be closely aligned with the potential English faction.

I've got a feeling that France may have been a major faction in the previous RP, and that I'll probably have to gut the history to make it resemble more closely to what really happened. Haven't had a chance to have a look yet though, I'm just hashing ideas.

Anyway, I've gone for a militarily retarded country that has procured genetically advanced crops. It has survived so far because the English intervened and stopped the rest of France from destroying it not long after the Normans emerged from their bunker.

After I've finished the history, it'll end with them being on similar tech to the England nation, and will be on the verge of an attempt to retake France (with English support!)

This is of course all subject to what you guys think, especially Iluvatar, but like I say I'm just throwing ideas down at the moment.

I'll have a look at the previous RP later tonight, when I have some time to sit down and properly absorb information. Just wanted to grab the territory more than anything ;)

Sounds good.
