Minerva Fairchild - The Lion's Fang
With the faint glimmer of sunlight breaking through the curtains on her sprawling estate, Minerva woke. A long, smooth stretch of her arms raised over her crown of strawberry blonde was followed by a gentle exhale as the fell to her sides. Today was the day she was going to return to the Guild she had joined. Hopefully it would be a touch more joyous than it had been the last time, where she had ended up causing severe damages against a nearby merchant's establishment.
It had cost a pretty penny or two to help repair that domicile, but it was a penny or two that she could certainly easily afford considering her investments.
Having been dragged away from that new guild by family matters for some time, it certainly wasn't something that she would have preferred. Sliding to the edge of the bed, her bare feet tip toed lightly towards the shower room, where her silk pajamas were tossed onto the luxuriously carpeted floor and then the warm steam from a hot shower soon lofted towards the ceiling of her personal bath room. Running her fingertips through the length of her hair as the reinvigorating waters passed through it, her precise gaze closed in serenity of the moment.
She hoped that the guild would welcome her warmly again, and would consider her unwilling departure as abandonment of any kind. Stepping from the shower smelling of fresh lilac in a summertime breeze, the noble girl wrapped a towel warmly about herself and dug through the drawers. A plain white blouse, a black skirt and a long-sleeved black coat made of fine fabrics caught her attention. Simply slipping the garments on over her laced undergarments, she glanced at herself in the mirror for a few moments as a brush was run through her hair to straighten out the strands that seemed so stubborn to misbehave.
Slinging both Caladbolg and Durendal to rest upon the back of her waist, the emerald and gold sheaths to which they both remained in seemed to glisten in the beam of sunlight that lingered in her room. Blinking for a moment, she strode from her room quietly and through the winding cobblestone walkways that lead the route from her mansion.
Into the streets of the outskirts her walk began, and for many hours it continued. Only stopping briefly to eat at a stray marketplace or two that lined the busy roads she traversed across.
Then, she stood at a precipice once again. At the door of Phoenix Wing she stood, deeply inhaling for a moment, the A-Rank Magi pushed the doors open and sauntered in. The scene that met her was grim, some of her fellow magi were injured, others were tending to injuries. More importantly, she noticed a peculiar woman.
After seizing the note titled "Noone cares about the poor", Minerva turned her attention back to the peculiar woman before preparing to head off on her own.
A woman who certainly seemed out of place; not only that, but she lacked the mark of being a guild member.
"Can I help you, madam?" Minerva airily inquired, with only a hint of tension on your voice. "Perchance might you be lost?"

I remember Minerva. She almost challenged Maddox and then actually did fight another guy, though the fight was inconclusive if I recall correctly.
