Apologies for the double post and all, but just to be clear, is Galuf supposed to start in Luca, or should I just pick some place for him to be? There wasn't anything explicitly placing him in the OP.
Hm, in order. Yes it does, no she doesn't have to be aware of it, though that certainly helps, and theoretically she could. It just may look to other people like she's stupidly lucky, since it operates more on a subconscious level than anything.

It doesn't work off intentions exactly, so it would still work against a thing incapable of what we would consider rational thought. Not really, she could tell if it was going to shoot at her seconds before it does so, but overarching intentions, nope. And yes, if an object were to become an impromptu weapon, she could theoretically dodge it.

Essentially it's kind of a fusion. Besides certain major events (For example, World War 1, which was going to happen one way or another, just with the details different), the future is constantly in flux. What she 'sees' with her precog, is events when they have become solidified enough in time that they are going to happen, whether that be getting shot at, or someone tripping and falling on their face. The latter she would only see like a second before you were actually tripping, too late for her to do anything about it, which limits it's effectiveness (Because we don't want precog to be OP), but not too soon for her to respond. On the battlefield, she sees where the attack is going to be a split second before it's fired at her, and dodges.

I can RP it a lot better than I can describe it. Honest.
Well, it works more like a Spidey Sense than anything, since it's primarily subconscious. But, yes, when I mean the fixed future, I mean stuff like attacks right before their launched, when the enemy has made up their mind to actually launch an attack. At that point the future is set in stone, and she can know it's going to happen.
Ah, yeah. I think I got it at this point, though obviously I can edit with mod suggestions and complaints.

A bit of backstory left to edit in, maybe a better picture, but the basic character idea is here.
Hm, working on a concept, mostly involving a precog of sorts. It'll be good, I promise. I'm just thinking up more what weapons she'd use and personality, but I'll try to get you something today.

Whoa! I like the fact you went and researched everything for him. All those weapons and most of those spells won't be used for awhile yet, so we'll just trim that down to basic stuff for now. Otherwise, good.

Heh, thanks. There's a few things I didn't include, like natural job abilities, and spellblade, but the latter is pretty intuitive as it is, and the former can be easily determined

While it was certainly more detailed than thee previous one, War's answer still said basically the same thing, and offered no proof beyond his supposedly trustworthy word that he was actually trustworthy and not just lying like a rug to them all. So yeah, as he went on to answer other peoples questions, Thomas was basically done with this conversation.

"Yeah, whatever. See yah, wouldn't want to be yah," he replied to the most likely evil couple with a dismissive wave as he turned to other things, showing how he felt on the subject.

That left him to deal with other issues, such as Ascot swinging about from his near breakdown or whatever to some sort of motivation frenzy, deciding that now would be a good time to recognize that he was the person who was supposed to be in charge, which was about dang time, and at the same time offering suggestions for 'roles' for everyone. Joy.

"Thanks, but I think considering what we're doing, assigned 'roles' aren't the best choice. We've gotta be flexible after all, rather than being shoehorned into positions. As we've seen throughout this trip, there's a good possibility we're not going to be traveling together all the time, so specializing like that would be a bad idea,' he replied, thinking of it from a standpoint of moving forward, when they couldn't expect to stay together for the rest of this quest.

Asked what to do as well, he reiterated somewhat what others had thought or outright said. "For now, we get the Sign, wrap things up here, and then get going to the next world. Unless someone wants to stick around and see how much of stomachache they can get from all this candy." So yeah, maybe he was playing a broken record, but it wasn't like there was much else to be gained by sticking around, unless they planned to stay for a day or two so he could learn this new magic of his.
Penny is special, as should be fairly evident by the fact that they bothered to give her synthetic skin, and is also a super prototype that may never be replicated. As compared to these robots who are mass produced models

And yes, it is. I know I figured that out about five minutes after seeing the Black Queen virus teaser.

And as I expect it, the White Fang and Cinder's faction will try to take each other out on the verge of victory, and Roman will go along with her so long as it's in his best interests to do so.
