**Cinder Fall, Research Facility** At this point, walking amongst hallways before entering some sort of research lab with rows of desks and cowering people, Cinder began to ignore pretty much everything that Charlotte said. It was mostly inane drivel anyway, and she had confidence that the little creature could take care of anything that came along. To be honest, Cinder probably could have managed this all herself, but this made it a lot easier on her, and for that she didn't mind. So as Charlotte went to work killing security officers and suicidal scientists, Cinder got to work as well, striding over to one of the active computer terminals. She was easily able to access the files, since the scientists had been a bit distracted from data security at that moment, and her skills in that regard weren't entirely lacking. And it wasn't as if she was lacking in time, besides possible UMMA intervention on behalf of the poor souls being audibly slaughtered in the background. So she searched, and was quickly able to retrieve what research they had on the Slaver device, as well as base schematics to show her where it was. Naturally, as it turned out, they hadn't moved it out of fear of blowing themselves up, but it was operational according to experiment data. It was just a matter of going and taking it. And that was just the way she liked it. Search done, she wiped her search before toasting the machine itself, a Dust fueled fireball in the motherboard torching the insides of the machine with the smell of melting metal and plastic. But Cinder left that behind as she walked on, out of the room and down hallways, assuming Charlotte would follow, as they neared the Slaver ruins, what had once been a Slaver outpost on this world. These ruins were old, metal, weather and age scarred, yet still standing. A testament to the civilization that had built them, who's last act was to wipe out all intelligent life in the galaxy. The very thought of it made her spine tingle. The base itself gave way to the ruins, though there was still signs of that research presence, machines scattered about, signs of other recent activity, and the soldiers, whom Cinder reacted to with the occasional fireball when Charlotte didn't take care of them and they moved further inside the ruins, towards her prize.

**Cinder Fall, Cinder's Vessel** Cinder rode out the turbulence with casual disregard, bouncing along with the jolts and impacts, yet lacking the excitement that Charlotte had for their arrived. For all the strange things she had experienced out in the multiverse, this sort of thing had become surprisingly mundane for her. And it helped that she was busy focusing on the mission ahead. She had a sense of priorities after all. As the ride smoothed out, she angled them towards the facility, only to have to deal with Charlotte on the console once more, the more annoying portion bit being those strange thought bubbles of hers, which actually succeeded in obscuring her view in this case. She was still unsure how the creature managed to do that, but fortunately it didn't last long, and she managed to avoid crashing into anything short of their destination. "That is a possibility," she replied to the question, unwilling to commit until they had entered and gotten a taste of what they were dealing with. She wasn't expecting much resistance from a bunch of scientists. They came in for a landing then, legs extending from the body of the vessel as it settled to the ground next to the facility, the cloak deactivating at the same time. Cinder had no doubt, as she rose from her seat, that alarms were going off, and her comm could pick up panicked demands to know who she was, but she paid them no mind. For now, she focused on the facility itself. It was modular, prefabricated, extending from here to the ruins that had been found, with living quarters, a small hangar bay, and some research labs. Not overly large, but it was apparent that somebody had put some money into this place, once upon a time. Cinder smirked as the ramp lowered and she exited the ship into the frigid air, the Dust that coursed through her veins keeping her nice and warm. A pity that that money would go to waste. She strode up to the nearest door, drawing out a vial of red powder which she opened and tossed at the seal on the door. She let that settle before her eyes flared yellow, and the Dust lit, seal explosively blasted away with the door, and the duo were able to enter the facility, not immediately attacked as the inhabitants scrambled to react. Stepping in confidently, Cinder glanced down to her Witch. "Charlotte dear, make sure they don't bother me. They shouldn't give you much trouble." That said, she strode off to begin her search for the Slaver power source.
Appearance: ![enter image description here](http://www.world-art.ru/img/character/3115.jpg "enter image title here") Name: Akira Aoi Age: 14 Gender: Female Canon: Selector Infected WIXOSS Personality: Bright and bubbly at first glance, Akira has a cruel and sadistic side that is willing to do whatever it takes to get what she wants. Tends towards intimidation and manipulation through her charms and cute facade. Can also act like a stalker at times. Has an inferiority complex towards Iona Urazoe. Impatient, foul mouthed, she has no problem with stealing. Not exactly the picture of mental stability, to put it lightly. Short Bio: Born to a poor family, Akira Aoi never had a lot. She turned to the only way she knew to get ahead, her looks, and became an amateur model in 2012. She quickly became popular and famous, the center of attention, which she enjoyed and tried to prolong. This changed with the arrival of Iona Urazoe, who quickly stole the spotlight from her since she was more attention grabbing, in spite of them appearing together. The focus of the staff shifted to Iona, which Akira did not approve of. Some time after this, she became a Selector, with her wish being to ruin Iona, so she could have attention again. She began promoting WIXOSS, in an effort to find Selectors so her wish could be granted Abilities: Modeling, acting, psychological manipulation, card playing Equipment: A Blue based WIXOSS deck, cell phone Other: Has an LRIG, Piriluk, whom only she can talk to or see. Oh, and (★^O^★)
hm, a Mafia crossover game. Seems fun. I'm in
> Well it looks like shake-time will be cut short, unfortunately. Let's get that Buster thing on.
**Cinder Fall - Cinder's Vessel** The state her dress was now in as a result of Charlotte earned a grimace from the Semi-Witch, but it was one easily solved as she snapped, her eyes flaring bright orange, and the affected parts burst into life, fire burning away both the drool and food, before subsiding back to inactivity once more. That was one of the beauties of having your clothes made from Dust, easy maintenance. Not that it made what Charlotte had done any more amusing. She was then distracted by, again, Charlotte, dancing around on the console hitting various switches and buttons, and while most of it was fairly harmless, she did have to keep the young Witch from accidentally activating the self destruct, or something similarly dangerous for the survival of both of them. She didn't want to put to the test whether she could survive hard vacuum just yet. "Yes, it is," she confirmed as she looked out the viewport. "Now, I'm flying as fast as I can. Please stop jumping on the controls." It was a halfhearted effort, but it was better than nothing. And it probably would help them get there sooner if there was no interference, which was also probably a bit much to expect from her companion. But it would be worth it once they got into the fight. In fact, they weren't aiming for the star itself, but the fourth planet in the system, a barely habitable desert world skirting the edge of the Goldilocks Zone, which had the effect of not many people living there due to the cold temperatures. The main item of interest though was an outpost that had been set up by the Kzinti, and then appropriated when the Kzinti lost (yet another) war against humanity. It had been placed near Slaver ruins, those same ruins where they had found the device Cinder so wanted. And given that it was a research installation, she didn't expect much of a fight. Drawing near, she activated the cloak as she streaked for the planets atmosphere, the teardrop shaped ship becoming wrapped in a field that would keep them invisible as they got in range of the facility. "Not long now," she told Charlotte as they entered the planet's atmosphere. Indeed, no it would not, and she was already looking forward to the fight. --- **Nono - Restaurant District, Yggdrasil** Giving a small mental fist pump at her success, Nono grinned at Gintoki before following after Saber at a similar pace, looking forward to the time that would be spent with people she cared about a great deal. There wasn't anything better in the universe after all, and given a lack of other things to do, this was as good as anything. She noticed the subtle signs, but wasn't expecting it as Saber shifted, Nono watching in near awe as armor appeared in the place of regular clothes, and her 'older sister' ran in, warning them about an attack, and beginning the effort of getting the civilians to safety. The android took a moment to appreciate that, running through the parallels between Lal'c and Saber, with the devotion to others, and how calmly she handled situations such as this. That took mere moments before Nono swung into action as well, not even having to look to confirm what had been said, and she shifted as well. A visor emerged from the nodes on the side of her head, covering her eyes in a protective orange that allowed her a greater range of vision than normal, while her usual orange outfit was shed for a red and white jumpsuit, mirrors visible on her elbows and chest. Her hair flamed bright orange as she stood there in combat mode, before the thrusters in her legs activated, allowing her to power up to the rafters where the intruders where. Coming up level with them, she stopped, arms folded, as batteries of lasers slid out from her legs. "Terran Imperial Space Fleet, Solar System Direct Assistance Battalion Attache, Sixth Generation Interstellar Cruising Decisive Weapon, Buster Machine Number 7! Surrender immediately, or I will use force." Right now, she wasn't a carefree girl, she was an arbiter of death and justice, a machine made for war that now looked the part in all her frightful glory. And if they refused, she meant every word.
> Alright, let's see, um... > > Quick rundown on what I need to reply to for Saber and the Leader to make sure I don't miss anything? Uh, for Saber, Gintoki wants to go to an ice cream store, while Nono suggested some multicultural buffet place. And Kuzaku showed up, went into the ice cream place, and is now having a shake after some horrible visions or something.
> @ Flamelord: Cinder's recent conversation with Charlotte makes me want to sign up as Torchwick for SE, which would make that confrontation even better... if I wasn't playing Blake. They have enough rivalry that I'd feel weird playing both of them. Well, I promise to try and make up for that as best I can. Both in terms of physical fighting and psychological attacks. If that sort of thing will work, given that I assumed Blake was from after the conclusion of RWBY's main arc
Well, I look forward to the inevitable showdown between Cinder and Blake/Jaune. Its gonna be fun.
