Theres also the thing where she is trying to bait the rest into thinking she is weak.
This might catch others off guard.
And she was also caught by suprise, and she doesn't know who is behind her so yeah...

E rank strength is approximately 10 times the average human. No one is going to bat an eye if she manages to kill a Master without being seriously injured by a bullet.

Really, your solution solved nothing at all, if only by the fact that he coincidentally chose your own servant as his hostage, ensuring that he would actually survive such an attempt in the first place.

Tatsunoko picked her because he didn't know she was one.

Hmm... you make a fair point her... she still doesn't want to reveal her powers though

I mean, she doesn't have to. It's perfectly possible for her to kick his butt without showing off her NP. Because Tatsunoko doesn't have anything exceptional to keep her from just dodging the bullet and beating his face in with her fists.
Tatsunoko is holding a Heroic Spirit hostage.

....Tatsunoko does realize that even the weakest Heroic Spirit is like 10x as strong as a baseline human, yes?

EDIT: Also, unless Mizore has a trait or NP that says otherwise, every other Servant in the room knows that she's a Heroic Spirit because they can detect her.
Or side with the Kolons now surrounding her and live a life time of fun and happiness.

She'll have to get back to you on that.
And now Ruiko is in a conundrum, isn't she? Side with Nova and potentially get natural Esper powers without the Level Upper (And without the mental side effects that come from being a psyker in WH40K, presumably), or side with the Ethereal because he has Mikoto with him. Decisions, decisions....
Name: Alistair Ryazan
Rank: Corporal
Age: 35
Sex: Male
Appearance:

Height: 5'7"
Weight: 285 lbs
Known Medical conditions: None
Bio: Born on Rohini Nova, Alistair entered the military in the pursuit of a better life, and to get away from a looming future as a farmer or factory worked, like had been his parent's fate before him. He established himself as a hard worker with a dry wit, and managed to work his way up through the ranks until he was appointed to the ESS Hanson as a tactical officer. Now, he faces a situation that will test him to the limit.
How you got here: Works on the bridge
I recall somebody in the series trying that, it doesn't work.
And he doesn't have one left regardless if he plays it smart.

'Obey me' is too vague a command to be ironclad, Servants can resist it if they want. All that happens is that they get a nerf to their abilities if they don't obey.

A better command would be 'You will not harm your master'. Which would solve the immediate problem, though I doubt it would ensure that Roland bothers saving your butt if you get attacked by another servant.
Ruiko does not appreciate being continually manhandled telekinetically.
Welp, technically the War hasn't even started yet and we're already headed towards our first fatality. Fun.

Oh, and waiting on @Arisphadrel to post
And there we go. Some Alca-Noise, just for our two Gear users to freak out about.
