(I never said Flood was. As a matter of fact if you recall, Flood was in the same building as them when they would ent to sleep. He slept in the same building.)

Flood felt the Magic spike again and decided to be more discreet this time about investigating. He went near Inigo and the girl's room but not close enough for them to see him and began to try and listen in on their conversation.

Academy of Heroes and Villains

(That's how bad he is. He crashes half of the schools system near instantaneously.)

Vienna Academy ~LIMITED~

Ryan began his walk around the academy as per his normal routine and turned the corner. Every step he took the ground froze a litlle where he stepped. He was patrolling the school to find someone to talk to as most people didn't like getting near him. The general area around him tended to be a bit chilly. "Hello! Is anyone around?" He called out as he usually does every five minutes on the dot. "I won't hurt you!" He followed up as he does every five and a half minutes. "I just want to talk to someone." He whispered quietly to himself which was a new one. " Please." He said just barely audible under his breath as he slumped down near a wall and began to think. The area around him began to slowly freeze as it usually does when he stays in an area too long.

Flood walked up to Connor after Black left. "I like him. He interests me." He started as he began hacking into the computer to take a look at various students schedules. He failed miserably and shut down the power in half the school. "I hate technology." He finished as the lights went out in the room.

"You could always hang with me in my hideout." Flood offered as he looked to an empty classroom across the hall. "Nobody uses the classroom anymore."

"Well in that case, ask someone else. I'm as confused as you are." Flood replied in a hostile manner as he let his Bullet Magic fade. He then walked past him back into the building.

" The name's Flood. Nice to meet you Black. Johan Schmidt huh? The Red Skull correct?" Flood asked using his encyclopedic knowledge of different heroes and villains of the ages.

Flood was startled by the hug and flicked the shock device off his shoulder. "That's never happened. Ever." He said to himself as he followed Connor and saw him talking to a new student. This one looked more confident than most newbies. " Hey Connor, who's the new guy?" He called as he walked closer.
