Flood got back up a bit confused and frusturated. "Crap, I missed. Want me to bust down the door?" Flood asked as he prepared to slice the door open with his Katana.

"Crap, they're getting away!" Flood said as he dashed after them. He tackled the man down hoping to pin him.

" Thanks. You have to be good if you want to survive right?" Flood rhetorically asked as he looked ahead of him. " We almost there?" He asked.

At Flood's question, Devika felt the anger of the old wound flaring up in her again. She had to physically clench her jaw to keep from spitting out a nasty response. She didn't want to make an enemy out of Flood for no reason, when he'd been kind to her. She steadied her breathing and let out the anger in a slow breath through her nose. "I don't have a super parent." She may or may not have some kind of strange power in her DNA from her birth parents, or she may just be a mutant. None of that mattered, though, because her parents were human and unapologetic. "I have two seriously awesome parents, who taught me everything they could, and got me to other teachers when they couldn't." A smile of pride crossed her face."I may have some super DNA in me or something. But as far as I'm concerned, whoever it came from is just a blood donor. They're not my parent." It was probably more of an answer than Flood was expecting.

"Nice. You don't have any expectations to live up to. You're the first of your generation of heroes or villains. I wish I was the first person in my family to have powers." Flood said not noticing the anger Devika had been feeling. "What are you doing tomorrow?" Flood asked as he wondered if he could hang with her tomorrow.

Devika snickered faintly. "All right then. What's up with your head? I mean... your emotional state? I've never felt anything like it. Being near you is ok, but it's about the same feeling as being in a full elevator..." She shook her head faintly. "I'm probably not making any sense, sorry..."

"I get it. My father was Deadpool and he is absolutely insane. I inherited partial insanity from him, making my emotianal state very chaotic. I have voices in my head which is why you feel so many emotions at once. It all balances out in the end though, I have a crazy fast healing factor, to the point where I could cut off my hand and as long as I still have it, I could just reattach it." Flood explained as he munched on his cake. "Now let me ask you a question. Who's your super parent? I have never encountered any super with emotianal powers as strong as yours." Flood asked.

Flood began walking past everyone as he stayed on guard waiting for an attack.

Tyler got up and headed off to his room. He also left a pack of cards in case they ever needed another one.

Flood capitalized on everyone's hesitance and vanished again. He reappeared in front of the guy as he was flying through the air and grabbed him by the leg. He dangled him upside down and held his Katana to his throat. "You're going to leave us alone now, and run straight out of this forest. If you don't, I will not hesitate to kill you. I'm a solo player, I don't give a damn about being orange. Bye." Flood threatened as he activated his intimidation skill he recently acquired and dropped the guy. He then vanished again and reappeared next to Sebastian. "Did I go overboard?" He whispered wondering if they would attack. He wasn't totally sure he could take all these guys down, even with help.

"You remember who you're talking to right? I'm the king of offensive statements. Go ahead." Flood replied sarcastically as he ate the cake.

Flood ducked and weaved through the blows and smiled. "Good, now then let's move on to another combo." Flood said as they began to work through multiple combos and worked on her flexibility. "We've done well today. We can work some more tomorrow. For now though, we should celebrate! And I have just the thing. Just give me a sec." Flood quickly went out of the room for a couple of minutes. He came back with a birthday cake with the words 'Happy Birthday Suzie' on it. " This chick Suzie had a birthday cake made for her a couple of months h fore her birthday, but she got failed all her classes and dropped out. No one ever gave her this cake, so I happened to find it conveniently in the back of Gambit's kitchen." He explained setting the cake down on a table nearby. He pulled out some plates and utensils from his backpack and motioned to sit down. " Its lemon flavor."
