Power(s): Advanced regeneration.
Abilities: Expert with many forms of weaponry.
Weapons/Gadgets: Keeps two Desert Eagles on him at all times. Also uses a Laser Katana.
History: During Lexcorps experiments where they study famous heroes and villains DNA to recreate supers such as Superman. After studying Green Arrow's DNA they created Tyler F Ryan's one of their less successful clones. Tyler rebelled against the corporation and escaped to find Green Arrow. After finding Green Arrow he became increasingly bored and frusturated by doing nothing.. He was offered a spot in the Young Justice program and accepted quite eagerly.
Personality: I don't like to decide that in a CS.
Friends: Keeps to himself usually, considers Green Arrow to be family.
Family: Green Arrow technically.
Crush/Relationship: None so far.
Other: Enjoys gambling for some reason.

Academy of Heroes and Villains

Flood had been shoved away from the office after being told the principal had an appointment. "Those idiots! Don't they realize that I never come to the office willingly unless it's important? Gah!" He yelled in frustration as he stalked around the halls. He went to the cafeteria and grabbed someones food. The person stood up and growled. " Oh you're growing a backbone huh? Want me to rip it out?" He yelled at the guy as he slowly stepped away. " Yeah. Same as always, all bark and no bite." Flood finished as he punched the guy and knocked him out. "I suggest everyone think about who they piss off. This guy was one of the less vicious bullies!" He yelled as everyone backed off a little. He sat down at a random empty table and began eating.

Tyler hurried off to the gym and rushed in through the doors. "Sorry I'm late. Got delayed by the mad doctor." He said as he took a seat on one of the benches.

Tyler didn't retaliate at all and simply stared at Vlad. " Can I get to the gym now before Kargarov kills me?" He asked without a hint of emotion.

"Because I'm a model inmate. Have you seen me get into any trouble around here? I think I've probably been the most obedient subject around here." Tyler responded for Marshall. He looked at him and smiled. He had work to do. "Can I go back on my way to the gym now?"

Marshall smirked. "And you need bat boy to help. Great." He said rolling his eyes. "Before I even tell you what I need how do you plan on getting any of it?"

"Dude I used to be a professional smuggler. I can do it." Tyler deadpanned. " And yes I do need you. Unless you want to reference someone around here who can hack into top level security and won't rat us out to Kargarov and Vlad."

Marshall crossed his arms and he looked Tyler up and down for a moment. "Well a laptop with out any bugs on it would be a start, but I'm more interested why you are asking."

"I'm planning something big. Breakout of the complex big." Tyler explained simply as he wrote in his notebook 'Laptop without bugs'. " What else?"
