"Yeah." Devika nodded, then adjusted her glasses in a fidgety motion. "Well, I'd better go get breakfast before class. It was nice talking to you!" She started to walk on, figuring it was better to stop the conversation before it hit that awkward point of silence. Passing through the halls, she saw Kalinda and Flood, and then her senses alerted her to some very angry person behind her. "Uh... good morning?" She grinned nervously at the three of them. "Hey, Flood, are we still on for training tomorrow?"

"Yes. Nice to meet you Kaiden. I'm Flood as Kalinda said and it's nice to meet you. You're free to join our training if you wish, I'm just bringing her up to standard in fighting. I warn you though, I am prone to burst of insanity. Like the pineapple for example. Sorry about that." He stretched his hand out for Kaiden to shake but quickly withdrew it to take a joy buzzer off. "That amount of voltage would put you in the hospital." He then put his hand out again to shake.

Other: Goes through brief bouts of insanity due to his heritage. Can control it with focus.

Flood continues waiting for Connor when his ADD kicked in. He saw a new student, he saw Devika and Kyra, he had totally forgot what the hell he was doing. He decided to go towards the new kid. He uncloaked next to him and smiled. " Hey there new blood. You liking the view?" He asked as he cloaked again and reappeared next to Kalinda. "It's a beautiful day today, no need to sulk." He recloaked again and reappeared between both of them with a pineapple. " Where did I get a pineapple from?" He threw the pineapple at Kaiden. "Think fast!" If he didn't avoid it he would find it was a rubber pineapple replica.

Flood woke up after a surprisingly nightmare free nap. He began wandering the halls watching everyone go through their routines. He saw Connor holding Kijani and frowned. She looked like a broken mess. 'Highly doubtful Connor did anything. Most likely he saved her. I'll wait for him then question him.' Flood thought as he reached in his pocket for his remote cloaker. It wouldn't fool any electronic system, but it would definitely fool the naked eye. He then waited for Connor to exit.

Flood sat down in the ship and smiled. He had finally mastered the art of apathy. He could now flick a little switch in his brain that let him just ignore everything around him. It was coming in handy right now.
