Tyler smiled. Good, the shield is weakening. He ran towards the wall and actually began running on it to stay away from the mud as he continued throwing more and more spells and various debris he could find.
Tyler frowned. Dead men walking indeed. " Is this the part where I get dragged off to the underworld?" He laughed a little. "Well time to throw everything I have at your shield I guess." He then began throwing lightning, water spears, fire balls, a bench he had found nearby, if it wasn't attached to the ground he was throwing it. He made sure to stay away from the dead people though, they freaked him out a little.
Flood frowned and picked up a rock then continued running around the barrier. He noticed that the speed he was running at around her was beginning to create a miniature tornado and frowned. This battle was going on for too long. He looked at the rock and made a small barrier negation seal on it. It probably wouldn't work on a barrier of that power but it might make it crack a little or disrupt the barrier for a fraction of a second. He threw the rock and continued running.
"Of course sir. Nobody will find out." Flood smiled. This was too easy. He bowed slightly then stumbled slightly as the ship righted itself.
Anyone there?
Flood smiled. Kijani really was quite intelligent. " Not only that but with my previous experience being a spy with SHIELD, I have a vast amount of experience with being a spy. You don't have anything to lose by sending us back to the Academy, but you have a lot to gain." Flood followed Kijani's lead and stepped forward slightly. He made sure he looked as confident and non threatening as possible.

"You may not release it, but you still feel it. Besides- you can repress your own feelings from the surface, but what I'd give to you by accident would be too much, I'm sure." She looked truly unhappy. "Besides... I wouldn't want to be the cause of your death." She couldn't go through that again."Uh... spontaneous bathtime? I dunno." She shrugged a bit. "I always keep a paperback novel somewhere on me at all times. That way I am always armed." She grinned a bit. "Also, if I am ever bored, I have something to do."

Flood looked out the window and saw what appeared to be Connor fly by. "I think Connor came by just now."

Kijani tilted her head, slightly. She didn't fully know what language Reinhardt was speaking, but she knew that it was old. Certain words would have to go without being translated, and she tried to pick them out. "Impressive work, Lady Katla." Leaning back into a half seated position, she waited for the plane to land. "Flood, I'd keep that parachute on hand, just in case... Luck favors the prepared."

"Of course. Why do you think I always have so much stuff in my pockets? I'm always prepared. I currently have a grenade, two flashbangs, a revolver, and a rubber duck in my pockets. And that's just my jacket pockets. Why do I have a rubber duck?" Flood asked himself. He found no answer.
Flood felt the plane turn slightly and smiled. "On second thought we might not even need the parachutes. Good one Kat." He commented.

Kijani smiled to Flood. "I am going to see where this takes me- but I do want to return to school. My tuition is already paid, so there's no sense in wasting a good resources. Besides..." She blushed faintly, thinking of Connor. While she was certain he'd be upset with her, she hoped that he'd forgive her, once she told him why she'd gone. "Magneto is an extremist, and that's never really been my deal. So if things get too hot... I'm out the door. It's not like I've signed myself any contracts."--Devika hurt. Her head was throbbing, with all the p anic and excitement in the room. She saw several major heroes show up, and wanted to talk to them, to tell them what she'd seen. As soon as she stood, though, pain and nausea tore through her body. She wobbled and sad right back down. Silently she watched, and tried not to cry in pain.

"Fair enough. I don't suppose you'd mind if I tagged along with you?" Flood asked. He began looking throughout the plane for something. "Aha! Got it." He returned with two parachutes. "We could leave right now if you were wanted. I'm sure we could catch a ride back to the Academy."
