"Yeah I did develop a new power. Check it." Flood held his hand palm up and a figurine of ice began to form. When he finished the result didn't look very detailed but it vaguely resembled a human. "I need to refine this power, so I don't get hypothermia the next time I use it in a fight."
"Ok. I just haven't seen Nicholas in a while, and I like to think we're friends." Flood explained to Phoebe with a smile. "It's nice to meet you Gale." Flood studied her face a bit. "If I ever act a bit weirdly around you, just ignore it. It's just something I inherited from my parents." Flood said. "Phoebe, do we have Powers Development next? I want to test out that thing I discovered the other day. Remember that whole snowstorm incident?"
(Whoops.)

"Oh yeah. Sorry about that, I've used a lot of names in a lot of cities. Yeah, my name's Ryan." Ryan frowned lightly at his mistake but perked up quickly. "I don't believe I caught your name."
"I'm taking a variety of different classes." Tyler responded with a very general answer. He noticed Violet backing out of the group and smiled. She didn't like big groups either huh? 'I don't blame her.' Tyler began thinking of a way out of the conversation quickly. "I'm going to go walk around and try to get a good mental map of the place. Later." He backed out of the group and walked over to Violet. "I don't blame you for exiting that conversation. Two is a company, three is a crowd right?" He joked a little bit. "I'm Tyler."
Tyler took the book and opened it. He skimmed through the pages as his eyes widened in surprise. "Thank you sir! I will not forget your kindness!" He exclaimed as he ran off somewhere to begin reading the book. He could already feel his knowledge of Water Magic expanding and strengthening by reading the book. What he didn't know was that the book was designed to implant the knowledge into you automatically once translated, as a sort of reward for taking the time to translate the book.
"Advanced healing factor and near mastery of various firearms. I also use a bo staff/scythe." Ryan explained. "And I overheard that you were a speedster when I was approaching you."
"I just got here about ten minutes ago and I wanted to get used to the place. Might as well if I'm going to live here right?" Ryan explained with a grin.
Ryan walked into the training room with a blank look on his face. He looked behind him and made sure his "dad" had left. After doing so he relaxed his face and smiled. He walked up to Jack and Violet, stopped to make sure he looked at least a little presentable, and then began to speak. "Hello there fellow students. How are you on this fine day? I'm Ryan."

For now, but if I find that if the regeneration goes over board I will take actionEverything else sounds good but if you give me a description of what each form does that would be great, you can PM them to me if you want to keep them private for now.

Joseph looked at Tyler. "Yes. I am." He then glanced down at the book Tyler was carrying. "That's an interesting book you have there. May I take a look at it?"

"Oh yes, it's the final volume of in the Master Water Magic series. After I master Water Magic I'm going to work on Water Magic synergies with other elements." Tyler handed the book to him and looked over at Meruin. "He's a teacher here, he wouldn't do anything unnecessary."
