Why did the Tyranid cross the road? Because it consumed the chicken's biomass and assimilated its actions into the hive mind...

Hello there and let me begin with thanking you on checking this thread. But let's not waste your time too much now.

I've been roleplaying for about 2 years now, but had a hiatus for a while. Now that I have returned to the Guild (and have already started GMing again) I also want to try and reboot these two ideas I had which never took off on the old Guild. (one did, but I just wish to redo it)
I do not know what to put around here anymore, so if you wish to know anything more about me, just ask. I don't bite after all.

Now, to the ideas!

Rules

I'm not a huge control freak, but there are some things that I do want to see (or don't see).

- I like having something to respond to, so no one line responses if the situation doesn't permit it.

- Don't bail on me without telling. I'll literally hunt you down and tickle you in your sleep. I can understand if real life stuff get's in the way, but please tell me you'll be occupied for a while.

- I don't really care if you're a male or a female, but having fun is a requirement.

- Do come up with stuff on your own. I've set a template for these worlds, but I'm still just one person. If you have an idea or want to create a character we speak to for some reason, don't be shy to do so.

- That's it. Like I said. I'm not picky

So if you're still with me here, just send me a PM if you're interested in either two or if you just want to talk because I seem like such a swell guy.

ADIOS!
As for the 'where to now' question... I kinda worked myself in a corner by giving someone else the leading. There is not a lot I can direct from my position currently. It is up to you guys to get to either Vlar or talk to Judas.

When your group is ready, you can go get a sandboat and get to the city. You can either just 'teleport' there, or sit out the journey and get a chance to talk to each other. But yeah... That's the state of things currently. Get things moving I would say.
Wish granted. You're no longer a fucking nerd. Now you can go out and get a life! *unending laugh track*

I wish upon a star that I could time-travel using m'dick.

That actually hurt :(

Congrats, wish granted. BrobyDDark is now stuck in the stone age.

I wish I had a life.
@DarkFey Under normal circumstances I would say 'no we're full'. But I like your character, and I think I can do some fun stuff with it. Hm... Okay, yeah. I'll PM you some stuff as to when you can enter the story. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to ask. Welcome to the group I would say.
@WanderingShield My condolences mate. That must be rough. Take as long as you need. This RP won't go anywhere.
Best wishes to you and your family.

For the record, the questions Cameo asked, that is all up to Vlor Ral'gene now. I hope I didn't shove you in an unwillingly position, @SuperTacticalDerp?
Congrats! Wish granted. Buuuut you don't wake up anymore... Ever. Sleep coma!

I wish my shoulders wouldn't hurt so much from wearing my medieval costume.

The gnome looks up from his book. Blim looked like your average gnome: Splendid mustache (albeit a bit rough on the edges), a curly beard and some huge eyebrows. And due his age, all in white of course.

He slowly takes off his glasses and let's out a soft cough before starting. "Welcome all. I trust today's journey wasn't too troublesome." Blim closes the book and puts it on a chest to the left of him. He sits back in his chair and puts his fingertips together, looking up at the group of six. "To answer your question quickly, Sonya, the book is called 'The Seven Keystones'. But let's not digress. You have all seen the city we passed today. According to the intel our scouts gave us, and according to these, " the gnome gestures to a pile of notes ", we think it's the city of Nurenhaven. Apparently, this area used to be a huge lake. Nurenhaven was known for it's fisheries and sawmills. I believe this very chair was made from the wood they cut here." The gnome rubs the the tip of one of the arms tenderly. "And as you can see, after 141 years, the chair is still standing. Very strong pine indeed. While of course, the tribe has no use for comfy chairs or tables, I am more interested in the storage houses that contained the fish. With luck, they deep-freezed some of it. We could use that to feed the tribe for a while."

The gnome get's up from his chair and walks towards the group. While not being that impressive in terms of height, he always appeared very confident. He continues to walk around, making random gestures whilst talking. "Of course, anything else of value you find will be appreciated. But don't be greedy. We do not want to provoke other tribes by scavenging everything empty. We do not have the manpower to risk getting raided. We'll have to take the underdog role for a while. Anyway, usually we split you up in two groups, but Nurenhaven is... was a big city, and thus we'll be sending you as one large group." He walks towards Vlor and looks up to him. "You'll be in charge of this mission, Ral'gene. Do not disappoint me, of course Samual and Naia did a splendid job last time, but I like to change things up. Give someone else a change to prove himself. If someone disagrees with my choice, speak up now, or rather when I'm finished with talking." He walks back to his chair and climbs onto it. "One last thing. You have a potential new recruit. I have reviewed his skills and he seems useful as a Dweller. He goes by the name of Mathew Anders and he's an Insect-man. Take him along with you and make him proof his usefulness. I'll let you guys be the judge of his abilities."

The gnome picks his book back up, flips to the page he left on and starts to read whilst saying the last thing. "We stay here for two weeks, so get it done in that time. If you need some extra equipment, visit Quartermaster Judas. He's in his usual place. Now, begone. I have reading to do." And he waves the group away.
I'll be at a medieval fair today, so expect a post later today. (European timezones etc)
Witch Queen had an idea what to post, so no worries about that.
@Monochromatic Rainbow Sonya has been around for a while, but the two had numerous talks. He's always very interested in what she has to say.
Do know that is has 'just' been 141 years. That's nothing for elves or dwarfs.
@SuperTacticalDerp Oh yeah, quick mention. The tribe is called the Outcasts, and the special people who go scavenging for supplies in the cities (which is dangerous for numerous reasons) are called the Dwellers. I noticed some inconsistencies in your part. (might just read it wrong though)
