Physical Characteristics: 5'11. 185lbs.

General Appearance:
Kev has one tattoo, a sniper's crosshair on his upper left forearm. White, lean but toned out. Light amber hair along with soft brown eyes. The back section of his armour has "Phantom" stitched on it.

Psych Evaluation: Quiet and reserved describes Kev. A introverted type individual who executes his job with deadly precision. No action is ever ill-planned with him,every movement precise. "The mission above all" is his montra. Because of this,he was hand picked by the commander of the newly formed S-SWAT.

History:
Kev was born and raised in New Hampshire,where stories of things that went bump in the night ran wild. Vampires,Werewolves,Zombies,you name it he's heard a story about it. His mother and Father were both accomplished SWAT operatives,so it came as no surprise when he wanted to join the force.

Enlisting at 18,Kev was quickly shaped into a model operative,executing missions with almost no mishaps. He continued on as a assault operative until the age of 23,when he found that being a Marksman was his true calling. Taking out hostiles with deadly accuracy, and often before his squadmates reached them earned him the nickname "Phantom". Eventually going as far as to stitch the title onto his uniform. At 25 he's been on over 100 missions,all executed perfectly. But now he's faced with something different. He's recently been selected as the Marksman for S-SWAT, a unit that deals with supernaturals. This is gonna be a rough ride.
