Demons have no preference towards any specific element,
Psychomancy is endgame level water magic, only usable by extremely dedicated wizards that put centuries into mastering it. For perspective, there are three living psychomancers including Iva, the goddess. The mind of a sentient is nearly impossible to influence with magic, and only mostly impossible on a non-sentient.
You can't have the energy rifle,
And if she is supposedly very weak, she couldn't fire that heavy rifle without breaking something.
Fix those, everything else is fine.
