Does anyone have a suggestion to put in the newly made suggestion box? :D
Maybe....we'll go more into it in the OOC. But first...
BUMP
I have a inquiry! Death? Permanent death? I had this awesome respawning idea in mind and wanted to know if it was okay, because as much as I like seeing people die in the horror genre because they made a bad choice (or a good choice that ultimately led to their demise) I don't like dropping people from the game, and while having multiple characters would fix that issue, this respawning aspect would actually tie into the story and help progression.
I'm edging more towards surrealism, demons and spirits, that whole schtick, but I want it to have that real fear aspect into it.
@CorruptedShadow: Great! Do you have anything in mind you might want to put up for consideration?
@Mahz This is probably a foolish inquiry, but could you also do that for me? The name change, not the account deletion.
@Draconilian Thank you for saying...something! Like I said, it's in its developmental stages and if you have any recommendations, suggestions, or questions, feel free to speak your mind and share your thoughts!
"Here's the story of some friends!"
"Oh, don't be such a liar, they were anonymous, complete strangers."
"Well, they became friends!"
"They don't know that yet! We're telling them a story!"
Once, in a land, far, far away, the explorers of modernity found an island far off the coast of their lands; too far to see with any sort of magnifying glass and certainly too far to hear any noise. What was surprising was that they had found that it had once been inhabited by other humans. There was a small village, complete with a market, blacksmith and artisan shops. Above the village was a castle, constructed with dark, mysterious stones, looming over the town like an ominous shadow. They had sent up a small search party up to the keep, only to never hear from them again. They sent another party to find them, and again they disappeared. They named the island Tartarus, after the Greek myth of the inescapable abyss.
But, that was ages ago. The mortal world no longer knows anything of the island Tartarus. That was, of course, until a graduate student found an old journal mentioning it and its whereabouts, but not much else. The student showed the worn booklet to the archeology professor and maritime expert of the university, Professor Jameson R. Miles. Professor Miles studied the journal extensively over a few days and found the island, just of the coast, too far to see or hear with the human eye. Curious, he gathered his best students and began...
The Descent into Tartarus
"...that was damn good. Who is that guy?"
"No clue, but that's what we were going with! Thanks, guy!"
Hello, and welcome to The Descent into Tartarus, a thriller-horror roleplay thought up by yours truly, though I'll admit to having some inspiration from the indie horror game genre. As you can see, the player characters are a bunch of students in college going to an island of unknown mysteries. We still have a lot of development to go through, but right now, I'm just trying to see if I got any interest?
Well, anyways, how would a roleplay sound? Loosely using the theory as a guide, maybe doing a Multiverse/Crossover RP using characters on the timeline films (or even OCs!) to help save the Pixar, or animation in general, multiverse?
I think it has to do with the people missing, but I'll write up a post and post it probably tomorrow morning. My throat is killing me and I'm not feeling too hot.

Speaking of hot, was it hot over here today. I lost weight being outside, walking for only 10 minutes. Now that didn't help my condition, but yeah. It was an oven outside.
