Skills and Abilites:
CAGE FIGHTER: Isa has been called the toughest thing with two arms, in the mutant populated underground town of Gallows Reach. She dresses and acts like a street brawler but is actually a very skilled Mixed Martial Artist who knows how to fight dirty. Isa is a vale tudo master and has a cage fighting record of 37-4-2. She regularly defeats opponents much larger then her, putting 350 ilb mutants in a coma with her vicious and dirty style.

INHUMAN TOUGHNESS:
She has broken bones of large powerful mutants with her powerful crushing attacks, she has broken steel chains and punched through a brick wall (although she broke her hand doing it). Isa is also incredibly resilient she has been dropped from a 20 foot building and survived, been shot over a dozen times, had most of her bones broken and was even electrocuted a few times. Nobody quite knows why but Isa's stamina is nothing short of superhuman, she has fought at her top pace for as long 50 minutes before with no signs of tiring. She can also hold her breath for nearly an hour.

STREET SMARTS:
She also has an exentensive knowledge of street weapons such as bats, knives, bricks and occasionally guns. Isa has a very broad knowledge of criminal activity and can pick locks, and steal very effectivley, she has some klnowledge of stealth movement and ambush.

Overview: Isa is a product of her enviroment, she drinks, smokes and gets into fights. This is her life and she wouldnt have it any other way. Isalla Krone was only 1 year old when she was abandoned by her drug addict parents near an old sewer to die. What the parents (and pretty much nobody) knew is that the sewer was actually an entrance to an underground society just below the world she lived in. Isa's world is quite similar to earth but it is populated by grotesque mutants as well as humans. Isa was raised by two 'Ogres' very large and over muscled mutants who have a very strong culture in the underground fighting circuit. Her new parents just happened to be promoters, and she was born into the family business of fighting for money.

Welcome, I'm VINA, I'll be your guide into the world of VR battlebots.
In 2076, the technology in Virtual Reality made its latest breakthrough, portable VR devices which allow you to 'enter' virtual reality space at any time, the Helix-Rho company developed VRBattleBots as Video Game demo for children and teenagers but the popularity was immense, and now in 2081, after only 5 years on the market the trend has taken off, VR BattleBots is in every major gaming event and is an unnoficial national sport.

But what is VR-BattleBots?

VRBattleBots is a competitive fighting game, where you are assigned a single robot to do battle against other players and their robots for rank,.You control your robot through your VR interface which loads up when you enter a battle, but you can also activate on your own for training. This is all controlled through you Portable Virtual Reality Device, the 'Battlewatch'

Once you recieve your battle watch you will be able to create your robot ID, this will allow one robot to be assigned to you and you will build it in the startup interface, there are variety of options to customise your robo, but we will cover that later. Once your robot is built, you will be assigned a rank (usually E) and you can begin competing straight away. Depending on who you battle against, the outcome of each match will determine your BattlePoints and Rank (covered later).
Each Robot Starts with 1000 HP at the beginning of each match and using your skills and weapons you are to try and reduce your enemy's HP to zero. There may also be hazards in cetrain VR stage arenas or special match types but more on that later.

Building Your Battlebot
For beginners, the battle bot that will assigned to you when you first boot up your battlewatch will be RANK E.
RANK E battle bots have 25 points to spend on each of their categories but each category must have at least on point, the is no upper limit to how much you can spen in each field.
CATEGORIES:
Body: This is your bot's physical strength, navigating certain arenas, grappling other bots and using melee weapons is all dependent on this very stat, though this effects throw distance it doesnt effect accuracy.
Manoeuvrability: this effects speed and agility on the ground, (above average speed should allow you to out manuver projectiles at a FAIR distance:)
Thrusters: effects your bot's level of boosting, gliding and flying, at low levels the bot will only be able to boost dash, but higher will be able to hover, glide, and then fly at the higher levels. The length of time you can keep your boosters on is dependent on your energy.
Energy: using any weapon that isnt stock basic requires a level of energy, to be used, at lower levels, the consitentcy of thruster use and weapon attacks becomes more sparse and less available, your bots energy will always gather back eventually but at much slower levels, think of it as the robots stamina.

After choosing your robot's stats you will have 4 spaces for equipment, (note:some bigger weapons take up more than one space) you can use these however you like to pick weapons and armour upgrades, your robot, can carry up to 2 weapons (in class E) and can have as many body upgrades as you want, but note, your robot can still fight without weapons.If you manage to obtain more, equipment in the future you may swap them out before each battle. Teams you ask? well there are 3 teams available to join for new students when you arrive after you pick them you can learn more about them and remember you can always leave a team after joining but not before taking a penalty test, which we will cover later.

Weapons: Rune Edge: A large enchanted sword forged from the bones of a chaos dwarf, inside of a cursed volcano, it has the properties of heat and explosive magic that can be used to cause heavy damage, though Dax isnt immune to this energy he must be careful not to blow himself apart. Other then that its a fairly well balanced sword, very heavy but Dax can wield it well with one hand because of his enhanced strength and dexterity.

Throwing Knives: Dax carries 20 kunai blades which he can hurl with amazing strength and precision.

Lasso Claw: Dax has a custom grappling hook which he has modified to not only climb tall structures but to use in battle, his training allows him to use it as a lasso or as a long range flail, the rape is about 12 feet long an is made from elven twine making it very strong and impossible to cut with normal weapons, it as also very lightweight and resistant to fire. The 'claw' on the end of the grappling hook is fierce looking triple pronged hook which can cause very painful injury if it sinks into flesh.

Abilities: Dax is skilled adventurer with superhuman strength and agility which allow him to traverse the dangerous areas he usually travels through. He has all the nessecary skills in parkour, wall climbing, grappling hooks, jumping, swimming which allow him to get through almost any area with reletive ease.
Dax's sword fighting is mostly self taught, but he has honed his style over 5 years and his demon blood allows him to pick up fighting abilities a lot quicker then normal humans, in a word he was born to fight well, and he does.

Type of Artes: Fierce Demon Fang, Savage Sword Rain, Twin Tiger Blade, Triple Fist, Dragon Dance, Beast, Shockwave Slash, Infernal Torrent, Eagle Dive

Fighting Style: Miles swings a very large bastard sword in combat and his insane strength allows him to wield it well with one hand, although he holds it with both for optimum precision. When swinging his sword he also fights with his fists and feet (similar to Yuri Lowell) usually stunning the enemy with quick martial arts combos before finishing them off with his blade. His style looks very wild and untrained to the novice eye. But this is very specific rapid and aggressive style that he has honed for 7 years of fighting bandits and monsters in the Ossa Trail.

Sexuality:
Hometown: Unknown, resides in the Ossa Trail

Weaknesses: Inability to work as a team, reckless fighting style with little defense, little understanding of events and politics outside of the Ossa trail.
Strengths: Very perceptive, Highly developed survival skills, Strong moral code, skilled carpenter.

Background: Very little is known about the 'Ossa Trail Demon' he was discovered in the Hakonesia peak as half-feral 7 year old who was hunting chickens with a sharp rock. a few travelling groups tried to take him with them but he was much to wild and unruly to control. It wasnt till a band of cutthroat bandits came along did he end up joining them. They trained him as a warrior all the way up to his 14th birthday when they gave him his first weapon and took him on his first raid, a caravan travelling back from palmacosta.
At this point Miles knew very little of what a bandit actually did. He knew that they stole to feed the group but it was only during the raid he saw the slaughter of innocent travellers and the savage nature of the hold up.

It only took Miles 10 mins, to realise that he didnt want to be apart of this anymore so he tried to run away from it all. But the bandit group were paranoid about letting witnesses escape so they shot Miles, one of their own with a crossbow. He took it in the hip and hit the floor wailing in pain. At that moment he felt his body go back into survival mode, just like when he would hunt chickens, he grabbed his sword with his new found training and strength and in a matter of minuites, slaughtered every single one of the bandits he was with. The grateful travellers didnt have time to thank him as he pulled out the arrow, crudely patched himself up, and rode one of the bandit horses all the way to the Ossa Trail.
