Finding new spots was an adventure, one she thought they should be ready to do. There were plenty of places they haven't been and why not explore them together? It was fun looking at new things and places but to share the excitement and discovery with someone was even better in her mind. When James listened to her explain what she had read, she could tell that he was actually listening to her. It was really nice since her parents could get distracted by the newest addition to their family. And her friends could tune her own when they felt like the topic she was babbling about was dull.

James then threw her a cheesy romantic sort of line which made her grin. It was sweet of him and she couldn't reject anything sweet from her boyfriend, even if it was a little corny. It was still nice and made her smile so there was really no harm in it. She glanced back out at the scene in front of them and felt her cheeks turn a little red. "Tryin' to score extra points before Valentine's Day huh?" She teased him. Of course she knew that wasn't what he was trying to do but she thought for his sake, she should accept it and try not to make him feel to embarrassed. Guys typically didn't dish out lovey dovey comments so she was happy to get one, especially from James.

When he added that he was alright with staying, she found herself feeling more happy, more relaxed. It gave her reassurance that they were on the same page now. She was glad he liked her idea and destination of choice, even if it meant going through a question route to get to it. "Yeah." She sighed gently and looked to him. he kissed her lightly and she smiled even more. That would definitely earn him bonus points. James wasn't really one for public displays of affection. If they could hold hands, that was okay but she still knew it was a push for James. Sasha wished he'd be more open to it put she didn't want to put him on the spot or make him uncomfortable. So she'd take what she could get.

As they were enjoying the moment together he brought up the trip again and her face fell. Did he really need to bring it up again? So soon? Sasha scooted away a little and gave him a tired look. "You wanted to ask me sooner?" She frowned. "I haven't seen or talked to my parents since you brought it up at lunch." She pointed out, getting a bit upset. "I've been in school and with you since then. I really wish you told me sooner so I could think it over and talk to my parents but thanks to you, I'm in a tight spot and so is your mother!" She folded her arms, staring at him, not sure if she wanted to go now, let alone talk about it. "If it was so important, why didn't you ask me right away? Why couldn't your mother talk to mine?"

Not really. *shrugs* If we can assume she's 18-20...which I tend to do despite her being with Korra who is what? 16? I've viewed Asami as older, if she can run a company, I assume she's anywhere from 18-22, at the most I guess.

No you're not plan B, it's just I've had so many awesome partners leave after RPing for like 3-5 pages and then vanish and it hurts. I haven't found any good HP players so I haven't done it in a while...

Okay here is how I spun Tenzin & Asami which may be less awkward:

She's without bending, alienated by Korra and Mako (circa end of season one when she's staying with Tenzin and co.) and feels helpless and lied to. Tenzin is stressed and planning to take his family somewhere safe. He leaves and Asami is left to tag along without having much of a reason since Mako and Korra are kind of a thing. Amon is defeated and Asami goes back to trying to make something of her father's company. With Korra and Tenzin training (season two is being scrapped) it could cause shaky terms with Pema with all the stress of her taking care of the family. Fights break out as Tenzin insists that air bending is important and Pema accuses him of putting bending before her, like usual. He says if she was a bender, she'd understand, their relationship is on the rocks. Meanwhile Asami seeks help from Tenzin because the stress of finding investors is hard and fuck, Tenzin is stressed with Korra and his wife (even though he still loves his kids) so he makes weekly visits to Asami's to help use air bending and meditation to bring more relaxation into her life. There's even a chance Asami is ambushed by some creep and Tenzin swings and saves the day, thus prompting Tenzin to see Asami as more mature for her age (which she is) and Asami to realize Tenzin needs a new lease on life, some excitement so thus the sparks fly.

Anywho, that's hold I sold someone on the pair.

I think our two connecting and joining forces would be a good place to start, if we want a post with just them getting introductions out of the way, that works. Then we can add the other half, I'm sure it'll feel natural when we begin and get a feel for the roles/setting.

Ginny was just there but doing NOTHING at all except snogging boys and being well...useless. Ron on the other hand was NOT goofy or funny or even amusing for me anyway. He wasn't even the class clown, he was just kind of dimwitted and had bad luck. And yet somehow he manages to have a "career" in Quidditch when I think Harry was supposed to be the star there. I don't see Ron's charm. I liked him until halfway through book four when he started to slam Hermione while denying his crush on her. He uses her for doing homework and then nags her when she wants him to put in effort in ANYTHING. Id' see their relationship as a short term one. She can do so much better than a guy like Ron. Not to mention Hermione marrying Ron and Harry marrying his sister just seemed SO fucking weird and a bit convenient to me. I mean how are family get togethers gonna go? *shakes head*

Hermione had brains and once she hit puberty...she's even better. Harry and Hermione have a reliable history together where they don't verbally abuse one another. They are both smart and skilled and come from a muggle household too. Urgh. They're so perfect. And it's winter...I might need to nag you for a Harry / Hermione roleplay. All the good Harry's are gone and bleh.

The fact is, I liked Sakura from day one. Yes, she was annoying at times but she had some great strengths that got blurred out in the beginning because Kakashi felt a need to focus on Sasuke and kinda Naruto. Sakura isn't perfect but she could have been one the best female fictional protagonists I've come across in a while...anime wise I guess, without having to show off her tits because she's smart and beautiful as is. And Kakashi well...he's fine no matter what. XD

Hey, if Tenzin can't get Lin, he should get Korra. <3
