Seeeeee Haymitch has a heart. Of course in the third book you question his motives but that is not important. And yeah he got hit in the arena or something, I'd have to consult the books again but he was given a prosthetic at the end. Katniss is pretty guarded and though there is reason for it, I do wish we got more of her before the Games and maybe before she lost her dad and had to pretty much raise her mom and sister.

I once deleted like 3-4 paragraphs and then felt like crying but hey if you're not happy, better to not force it. Aww maybe not Fassy then? I think even Finnick would sniff around him with interest. He'd give her a drink and whisk her away to dance and she'd be like 'ummm okay then...?' and Gale would be plenty happy with keeping Prim to himself, hell he'd probably try telling her how he feels but then gets classically interrupted each time.

I relate Katniss and Korra in my mind. If you read the books, you'd get a much better feel for Katniss and her internal struggle since they're told in her perspective. The thing is, Katniss never asked to become a symbol and nor did she ever have real feelings for boring ol' Peeta but she had to pretend to save her life and his. And it's a shame because that lie is carried throughout the books. Do I think she loves Peeta? Yes but it's not at all romantic. -shrugs- Rue was sweet and I wish the second book had used Haymitch in place of Peeta cause Haymitch can kick plenty of ass and Peeta should have lost his leg like he did in the books at the end of THG. >____>

Yeah we do want other guys sniffing around but I don't think they'll make it very far. Gale is pretty protective of those he cares about and why should Prim dance with some strange loser? ;___; I already figure I'll Katniss a stunning Fassbender sort of guy cause damn, who doesn't want a piece of that? And no I know what ya mean. ^^; I've been there, hopefully you're happier with what you're making now but hey that gives me time to finish start that post for someone else. If it weren't for Effie's tiff about manners, Gale may have shown up to dinner shirtless after showering. XP

I could always seperate my post and have my girl meet up with yours, or we could do it in your next post too, which would make things easier if half were already acquainted at least. Ice breaking is so hard in RPs, more so in groups though.

But "Nice shooting sweetheart" will always melt my heart. I don't see her with peeta or gale.

Personally I think Peeta is nice, nothing wrong with him except he's boring and kinda just 'there' and if it weren't for the Games, he would have never approached Katniss about his weird 'crush' on her. >_>
