I've liked using it. I'm pretty pleased with the activity so far too. Of course if a player has to be skilled for more than 1-2 rounds, they're generally on probation because no one wants to wait for 'that guy'.

Yeah *nods* rounds is something I've been doing for the past 2-3 years and it ensures people keep up and no one ends up getting ignored, it also prompts people to not just talk to one or two people.
