That really sucks, anyone with an old computer these days HAS to upgrade at least to a new OS which sucks, I don't see why Sims would take away stuff just because they want people with old PCs to be happy when their target audience should be people with more modern systems. Ahh well, at least you can go back to the older version without too much of a hang up.

I played a bit of Sims but I had a childhood friend OBSESSED with it and yeah...we kinda lost touch partly due to her internet/PC gaming craze but many of the missing features seem really stupid, I mean in the sense...why take them away? It seems like good chunks of the game are missing, enough to compile a long ass list. Well hopefully you didn't feel like you wasted too much cash on Sims 4 but it sounds like other people may feel the same way you do. :/

This fucking site...of course I closed our RP tab because I thought it would just distract me but when I wanted to work on it while taking a break from fussing around the house, the Guild craps out. >.< *kicks it* Stupid software.
