I wish I could redeem mint for you, but I know how that over-saturation can ruin a flavor/scent. And yeah, it was fucking hot today...worth the muffins of course!

Mint can sometimes come off too strong. I'm not into cinnamon myself but my muffins turns out good, not too banana-y, just riiight XD

My brother is weird, thankfully it's too hot for him to come over and help around the garage so it's been quiet, save for the busy morning. I'm online for the rest of the night I think. :3

Coconut is gooood, I love the smell and taste. I cannot mix it with banana though, I know it's classic but it can't compute for me.

I think key lime and coconut would go good together. Mmmm. I wish it wasn't so hot to bake but I have been wanting to make some cinnamon rolls lately.

I do like gelato, our local one just closed up shop but when we get it, it's always a treat. XD I've never heard of that brand, what flavors do they have~? I also plan on baking some banana muffins tomorrow morning.
