If you can't find something to work for this, we can always do Yokai Watch instead. I was going to PM you actually and see if we wanted to use the characters from there in a 1x1 since it's still pretty slow but I know you've been busy.

I do think Botan would hint to Kurama that she does need a place to stay at the funeral maybe. She would want to fill him in on what she knows (which wouldn't be a lot at the moment) at some cafe or someplace private? And I do think we wanted Botan and Kurama to have that appearance of a couple, both of their benefits. Botan would be struggling with the class and assignments so having Kurama on her arm would deter some of the girls from being bitches (somewhat deter anyway). And with the girls swarming Kurama, having Bota would make them hopefully back off. Plus Botan would probably be better looking than most girls at the school, so it would be fun to play around with that. Well, there's a lot to play around with...

But I'm sorry it's been busy for you FR and WS. If it helps any, I'm in 2 awful British Lit. classes...which is kind of like work but I'm not getting paid for it.

I wouldn't want to say he's gathering outside power, as much as he's still recovering his own.

I think it would be good to start with them attending a funeral. We could have some of the students there still in uniform, maybe it's taking place on a Monday night? If I recall, their academy runs pretty long, like 8-5 or something. So if Botan shows up in the school's uniform, it would indicate not only her involvement as a reaper but that she's going to go undercover at his school as well.

If the demon in question can persuade or change reality somewhat, it may be alright to have him dupe (as you say) Kurama for a while while they're in the Human World. If the demon is assumed dead from long ago, it's safe to say that he wouldn't be on Kurama's radar. Or at least an unlikely reason for such odd events happening. So you're thinking the power would need to be maybe transferred to the target? If Yoko thought he killed him, it would be safe to say the demon's power isn't where it used to be so maybe that is why the demon has to make direct contact with his future pawns/victims.

I think we'll need to have the suicides just start when Botan shows us. Since she is one of many reapers who know when people will die and such, I think two odd suicides that weren't predicted at all or make sense, would make Koenma want to know more. I do think there still will be a few more if the demon sees how much it is tormenting or troubling Kurama. I think if we have Botan and Kurama investigate in the beginning, it would make her less inclined to leave it when things get considerably more tough and dangerous.

I think we're just going to be heading to the next day and the community center. I don't see much need to linger on the evening unless two people are going to collab on something.

So this is our OOC for our YYH Kurama x Botan extravaganza.

So we're still trying to figure out the beginning starting points, motives and direction yes?

I do like the idea of bringing back one of Yoko's old enemies. I think maybe the demon should be pretty powerful. Say something like an A Rank? But I also think it shouldn't be easily dealt with, that it should come and go as we move the RP along. Maybe the demon has the ability to control or persuade people, hence the suicides? I do think the stales need to be raised pretty high, you know? I also think Botan being there could be explained by the fact they have little information on the demon who is lurking around the school. Would that be enough to convince Kurama to let her stick around/want to train her a little?

When Ash mentioned her sisters having to take over, she couldn't help but give a sigh. Her sisters were known to be a little odd when it came to judging what worked and what didn't when it came to running a Gym. "Yes, but as surprising as it is, they have learned to take it more seriously." She told Ash, thinking back to the production they put on in which she had to play a role, along with Pikachu and how Team Rocket had showed up, which required Ash to step in. Some days, it felt like only yesterday.

"Of course I'm never going to let you live it down, that bike was really special to me!" She pointed out, clearly still amused that they'd be having such a conversation, even years after the fact. "I think if you want to pay me back, you'll have to take ms shopping in Lumiose City." She laughed at him, recalling how pricey their boutiques could be. Since the ship was nearing the port, Misty also grabbed her pack like Ash had done. "I still can't believe you're all grown up and going to apply to be a Leader."

Whether or not he got the gig was another ordeal all together but Misty was still very proud of him and all he had accomplished. She wouldn't admit it but because her duties at her own gym, she missed out on traveling and she hoped Ash knew he couldn't just leave the gym whenever he wanted. But from what she could surmise, he had grown up and she was sure he'd be a very capable and tough leader. She too had heard of Mega Evolution and had some questions about it.

It was a technical new discovery so she was sure new information was being tested every day. She glanced to Pikachu, knowing that little rodent was fine just as is. "You know I'm kinda hungry, we should find a cafe to grab something to eat before we just set off." Misty mentioned as the boat finally made the announcement that it would be letting off the passengers now. "We also have to check out The Tower of Mystery too." She said as the ship settled near the awe-inspiring landmark.

But in her mind, she was sure that was already on Ash's list of places to check out in Shalor City

"And the gym too of course!" Though it sounded like they might need to stay a day or two in the city before they pressed onward. They could find a small hotel or motel with great views or they could see if the Pokemon Center had any rooms available. Clutching her bag, she hurried towards the middle part of the deck where the crowd of anxious passengers were forming. Misty gave Ash a glance, now feeling more impatient than ever. "It might be fun to challenge the leader, Korrina. What do you think?" She asked him.

The lively fresh air was revitalizing.

Misty loved the city already and thought it had the perfect balance of water and greenery. She did miss Kanto already but she was sure that in a few weeks, Kalos would feel like home too. As they disembarked down the wooden slope and finally felt Kalos sand under their feet, Misty knew she'd want to catch at least one or two new pokemon and bring them back with her. She was sure Ash would want to have a mix of old companions and new ones. "It was nice of Professor Oak to contact Professor Sycamore and have him send us updated Pokedexes through the mail before we arrived." She said, remembering she had hers stuff at the bottom of her bag. Probably not the best place for it to be.

Her eyes moved over to the large tower off to their right. Now she wasn't sure which she wanted more.

Food or to tour the tower.

Her stomach gave a growl which served as her answer. "Come on, it's not going anywhere." She smiled, motioning Ash to follow her back toward the main part of the city, off the island they were on.

A Fire Emblem Revelation Inspired RP

Of course! I have it almost done but something came up over the weekend that was pretty unexpected...in a bad way. I'll get it up tomorrow during class for sure (I hope!).
