In my second class. I was thinking of just going home after the first since I felt pretty awful (similar to how I felt when I had that kidney infection 1-2 weeks ago) but since I decided to just suck it up and so here I am. I'm working on the post, I should have it done within the next hour or two.

I can see Hiei openly balking at Yoko/Shuichi with Botan. But granted by that point, she might be able to prove herself somewhat 'good enough' in Hiei's eyes with her training...but then again, Botan would give zero fucks whether or not Hiei approved. And he's probably not gonna come up much anyway.

Maybe, but at least you've got me!

Sakura and Botan would be off shopping with Asami. XD And because Mako isn't into chess too much, he'd tag along with the ladies and compliment their choices cause he's a good bf.

I hope you got some sleep though. Sleep is important, as annoying as it can be sometimes. And yeah, you never know how color looks but that's why I don't like using it too much.
Kurama is more complicated than Kenshin it seems haha. I do see them as a ying and yang of each other. I do think Hiei preferred to keep the company of Yoko, than of Shuichi himself. So if we do bring in Hiei as a foil in the future, there could be conflict between them and their differences in viewing humans and relationships.

That sucks but some people aren't talkative sadly so sometimes it means you gotta take control.

Shikamaru is just a lazy Kurama. XD But I also think they're both good with tactics, though Kurama is probably fine with being around people where I think Shikamaru may lean towards smaller groups or no company at all. Though now I'm imagining Kurama, Sakura, Shikamaru and Botan cloud gazing together on a wide open green hill after school. ^^;

I'm also gonna be hitting the hay in about 5-10 mins but I could text for a bit while I wait to go to bed. I gotta head into school early and finish some extra credit so getting to bed early would be best.
I don't think Yoko and er Shuichi are the same but I do feel they understand each other the best now than at any other point in their life on earth. I think Yoko used Shuichi to heal and get stronger but then just saw the guy's mother is a nice lady with bad luck and wanted to help. And I think in a way, Yoko gives Shuichi a backbone he lacks, where Shuichi gives Yoko some humanity and so I think by now, they could be seen as the same person, but I do think at times they would still fight for dominance. XD

13 and then 3 huh? Dang, not even at least 4-5 to at least give half what you gave? That's kind of funny...in a weird way lol Hopefully the subject and plot make up for the casual level. Well to me, there is no gap between us, that's all in your head, silly! I am glad you're getting better with the confidence/writing though, each day is progress. :3

Oh yeah, def better than ok. I know it's hard to write as clever or super intelligent characters but I also find that challenge to be fun. But thank god we have the internet and can use it to our advantage in instances where we do wanna sound smarter than the average bear haha.
Okay, just me know when you edit your CS and I'll look em over and give the final ok.
I'm sure Botan would be a good advocate for Kurama, I think she wants him to be happy and honest and I feel like at some point, Kurama has to feel a little bad about being so deceptive when it comes to his mother. He probably doesn't need to go into too much detail with his power or his past with Yoko, but I feel like she'd be grateful that Yoko was able to help give her a son and to look after her.

It just bums me out when you're so hard on yourself and sometimes I feel bad when you compare us, when we're a team. :/ I know you're a fantastic writer and I just hope you know that you're one too.

And now....eeekkk! A post! Yay! Something to do tomorrow at school!

i think it's good he intuitive. It looked like a very good post to me, though the color red is a bit tough to see. Maybe try a light green or orange? I'll likely get something up tomorrow during my 4-5 hour chunk of class time since taking notes is a drag.
I won't double check with Google Translate, I trust you lol
Like some here, Engel and AT for example, I don't.

I only glance through a thread that isn't mine. if I need to get a feel for a potential partner's consistency, style and other writing habits. I also don't care what others are writing. I have a life, I don't have time to really keep tabs on other stories I'm not part of. But I do know others enjoy it and I think it's great when roleplays can be shared and somehow inspire or encourage onlookers/lurkers.

Those sound fine to me.

And I don't think light was ever canon, at least not that I recall using.

And if you wanna add they have a brother, that would be good, just for future ref.

9:32 AM

Springdale Community Center

A futuristic pop song broke Tamago Uchi from his dreamy paradise and caused an arm to flail out from his tomb of cushions. With a groggy grunt, he successfully swiped across his phone's screen to deliver silence to his cramped dorm room. Tamago groaned and pushed himself into a slouched seated position. He rubbed his face and sorted through the events from last night. He and his three other friends had been out at Mount Wildwood and had planned on camping for a few days but that adventure was cut short by some massive red monster with a crazy bat. Tamago shook his head and got out of bed, quickly shaking his head to rid himself of the sleepiness trying to keep its pesky hold on the culinary creator. He checked the time and knew since it was 8:45, he had about 45 minutes before he agreed to meet the others over in Uptown at the Community Center where they'd try to make some funds to fuel their spring break.

He got changed into jeans, a light green t-shirt and grabbed his bag and headed out of his room. Thankfully his other roommates weren't around to ask why he was back so soon. He really wasn't sure how to explain everything to them and he was glad that for now, he didn't have to think about it. He glance down at his left wrist where his new watch was. It really wasn't a dream after all. Tamago sighed and headed out the door and found where his bike was locked. Soon enough, the green haired boy was breezing up and around the museum and towards Uptown Springdale. His stomach gave a fearsome lurch and he knew he needed to stop by Banter Bakery before continuing towards the Community Center. "i've got time..." He muttered to himself, though he knew if he checked his watch, it wouldn't be able to refute his notion since it didn't tell time, at least not obviously.

Natazume Hiroshi meanwhile, was still in bed but she wasn't asleep either.

Since she lived so close to the Community Center, she saw no use in scrambling to get there and instead spent most of her morning meditating and doing research online about spirits and myths. Before last night, she hardly gave ghosts much thought but now she was forced to open her eyes a little wider. Natazume's parents had the day to themselves so they decided to take the train to go someplace outside of Springdale. Natazume thus had the house to herself and was happy for the solitude and space. She was dressed in a summery yellow dress which had white polka dots on it. It was one of the more colorful things she owned but after last night's close call with death, she saw no point in making the most of the days she had in front of her. Around 8:50, she finally ventured downstairs and refilled her cup with a fresh splash of green tea before outside to the side garden where she tended to the plants, enjoying the sun's friendly hello.

Feeling spiritually satisfied, the woman cleaned up the kitchen and slipped into a pair of black supportive sandals and locked up the house. She glanced down at her right wrist where the watch was tightly fashioned. Though her right hand was in fact dominant, she still preferred wearing most of her jewelry on her right hand, even her watches. She brought up said right hand and flipped her dark hair back over her bare shoulders. She had eaten breakfast already and felt fairly content, considering the events of the evening, only hours ago. Natazume only had six blocks to traverse before she reached the Community Center. She passed Beautiful Blooms and walked upwards until she could cross the street safely. She passed by Everymart and continued until she reached the small building where many events and gatherings were had.

The woman pulled out her phone and saw it was 9:20 and that the others would be arriving within the next ten minutes or so. Natazume sat down on the bench outside the building and pulled out her phone. While she passed the time, she continued to read up on the local legends of the area. She was still a little uncertain but she knew what she saw the night before and knew that it hadn't been her imagination. It had been real. And terrifying. And, well...interesting. Bringing her small purse to her lap, she fished through and finally fished out the medal Whisper had given the four of them. She studied it and then tapped it against the metal bench arm. It felt solid and sturdy and she had to wonder how many other hands had held it. She inserted the coin and flipped the round cover over it and before she knew it, a puff of purple smoke appeared and soon so did Whisper. The man walking past on the sidewalk didn't seem to notice or at least acknowledge the events so Natazume breathed a sigh of relief. "Morning." She greeted her new friend.

The long ling at Banter Bakery hadn't deterred Tamago, who had finally obtained a peach tart. He felt pretty proud of himself but knew he needed to hurry if he wanted to make it back up to the Community Center on time. Tamago quickly ate the tart in three gigantic bites before he hopped back on his teal bike and headed up, weaving around a many cars and pedestrians as need be. He was worried his friends were already waiting for him. Or worse, that they hadn't waited, found a cool job and had left without him. He ended up making it to the Community Center right on the dot and before he could greet Natazume, he had to catch his breath. While he loved to stay fit, he decided not to stuff his face and then bike like a madman anytime soon. Tamago panted and walked his bike and rested it on the back of the bench Natazume was sitting on. He then noticed she had already summoned Whisper. He then thought that it might have been more useful to summon Whisper himself and to have him go ahead and find the others. A little late now though.

"Glad I'm not the last one here." He gave them a grin.
Maybe he's got some real life stuff going on. :/

In the meantime, I'll just go over your sheets.

Elizabeth: I'm not sure where the obscure number of magic/runes came from but I had hoped I had implied by saying 'elemental' magic, that the basic elements would only apply: fire, water, air, ground, and darkness. So she can know all 4+darkness but I would reckon it's rare to be able to use all five for one person so if she knows 3-4, that would be fine in my book.

I'm also curious about the other siblings. Is it just her and Carmella? Or do they have brothers? You indicated Elizabeth to be the eldest daughter but is there an older brother who handled the wartime while Carmella did not (in the beginning)?

Other than those two issues that need tweaking, the rest looks fine to me.

Carmella: I'm never too fond of 'sickly' characters personally but I do like that she seemed to take an interest in medicine, despite (or perhaps due to?) her own ailments. I don't really any corrections to say for her, everything looks good. She seems to have a good foundation but clearly needs to find her own voice and strength outside of her sister's shadow which I look forward to seeing unfold.

I will say on both sheets, I wouldn't mind a little more context in terms how old they both were when some of their events occurred but if you want to remain vague, that's fine.
