I already have my hands full with two other DW roleplays where people play the sort of character you described and it's a bit tiring to deal with someone who gets into trouble and is a bit of a rebel. Sure, they may earn their keep somehow but it's not really someone I want a third story to dictate. It's kind of the "go to" thing I think a lot of people end up wanting to play. *shrugs* If you have another idea or option, I'm all ears though.

I would say if characters are trapped inside (like Dot Hack) we'd need to double so we'd have a set working to solve the problem on the outside and one trying to fix it from inside the game. Otherwise we'd need to find another way to make the online game part of the plot so it's useful you know?

Well the point of the story is be long term, had I known your intent was to have your role be temporary, I would have approached the issue a lot differently. Personally, as a GM, I can't say I'm thrilled to just learn this important bit of knowledge. I feel like I should have been made aware of this a lot sooner, I thought the point of your CS was to bring in a permanent new Corrector to the mix, I was ambivalent to her being "famed" and overseas but I assumed she was going to be recruited full time, otherwise there seems no point to her being in the group to being with...I didn't think she was going to be a temporary character. I can't say I'm eager to go to the trouble of including a new character (compared to the established cast in Tokyo), only to have them leave at some point.

I saw Twelfth Night a while back. I loved it. Our local Shakes programs are all outside on a great big stage and we get wine and cheese.

Though I was thinking a cutesy musical. (not glee)
