Hiron Hon
Konohagakure Jounin | Team 9

The question of Masami, if he wished to join his students was met with a light headshake. ''Sorry, but I need to head home. My wife won't like it if I will just stay long away without checking or coming by every once in a while.'' He told them. Hiron thought about Keiko and Aimi, but decided to not further continue on that matter. Looking at each of his students, he said something else. ''Also, I want each one of you to be ready tomorrow. We'll be doing a more harsher training to see what you're made off. For now, take the day off.'' Turning around, Hiron shoved both his hands down to the pockets of his pants as he already started to walk away. ''Till tomorrow.''

Walking down the streets to his home, Hiron had a calm expression on his face. Wondering if Keiko and Aimi were home, he also wondered about Kiyomi. The last one was likely busy with either a mission, training or some other duty. For a moment he saw the little girl with white hair, coming running home from the academy to tell about her day and adventures. Though he never had stop to love the more serious and level headed person that Kiyomi had become, Hiron was still fond of the days when she was a simple Academy student. Back then, it seemed that everything was more or less peaceful. Opening the door of his home, he sighed before he said, ''I am home.'' Closing the door behind him and taking out his sandals, he walked to the living room. The rest of the day would likely be spending time around his family before he would meet his students again.
Its clearly that something big is going to happen. My advise to the teams that wish to join the big event that will happen soon in each village, to head back and stay there. Train or such and wait for the opening of what is going to happen.
???

The closing on a plan!

Kumogakure

The man looked around. So far the place was peaceful. And why wouldn't it be? Kumogakure was thriving a bit again under the leadership of the Fifth Raikage. Unlike some of his predecessors, he was trying to make the Cloud prosper and not just trying to sit in the seat of the leader. The man nervously rubbed his chin before he went back to walk his round. Soon he would do what was required of him to execute the plan. It was very risky, but the rewards would be great.
Konohagakure

''No sign?'' She asked as the man shook his head. The pair were walking through the busy streets of Konohagakure. Ordinary merchants. ''I guess that we do need to figure something out. If we won't make the next step, then the others will kill us.'' It became for a bit quiet between the two. Then the man spoke. ''Listen, we will just try to follow the first plan we have. Else we can still do the back up plan.'' This caused the woman to shoot a glance in his direction and looked worried.

''Fine.''

Amegakure

''The location is merely unknown to most. After all, he has been quiet and peaceful for quite some time after its last action.'' A man said. The three men were sitting in a calm bar. With each a pint, they looked like normal patrons of the bar. Another man spoke up, scoffing before he spoke. ''Then it won't be a trouble to perform what we had planned.'' He said with a growing grin. Though it made the man who had first spoken to grin as well, the third man frowned after he had taken a sip of his pint. ''I doubt that. Keep in mind that it might not work like its planned. There are still many flaws.'' This caused the two others to nod as their grin faded away. Then the first man spoke up again.

''But its time to move out. We are running out of time.''

Kirigakure

The mist was annoying in the opinion of the man. He rubbed the back of his head as the boat slowly went to the island. It was one of the smaller islands where he and his group would meet another group. Coughing, he looked over his shoulder at the "package". Soon two of the subjects would be close to each other. Not the situation that eased many, but it was ordered from higher up. So they had to do it. ''How is subject six?'' The man asked on a hushed tone. It took few moments before an answer was given back.

''Stable.. For now.''
@Nytefall

So far I only see some problems with the custom techniques.

1. She can harden her blood like steel? I think that is going too far, certainly for a genin. Lowering it would make it more acceptable. Keep in mind that harden your blood to the point of having the same strength as steel is likely A ranked. Also, a golden rule of Blood release is that you can't use the blood of your opponent. ("She can also use it on her opponents by covering them in her blood and hardening it.'')

If you mean however she can latch some blood on them and try to immobilze some movement, I not sure if I am also with it. It means that she can control her blood from some distance while the range is set on ''self''. Think that you need to look back at the jutsu and maybe form a more base version.

2. High speed is usually not that bad, but to crack concrete with a strong blow? I think that is going too far for a genin. In real physics, it can't really be done by a mere human. In Naruto physics, I assume it would take some good strength and the speed. Again, I would like to see it lowered down.

That is it for now.
Hiron Hon,
Konohagakure Jounin | Team 9

Hiron looked over his shoulders. The mission was a success. Now that they were near Konohagakure, he didn't had a fast pace. Though keeping one up, he decided to brief them in. Cause they hadn't perform that flawless. Not that he had expected that, but some flaws were things he couldn't overlook.

''We're soon back. I will simply talk, so just listen up. The mission was a moderate success.'' He began, pausing for a moment. Clearly already making them aware that he had more to say. ''But still. Mia, I expected better results next time. Don't think to hold back or I am going to hold you back from missions. We both saw too many members of the team vanishing because they couldn't perform at the best. You should know better.'' Hiron told her through the earphone communicator. It was said with a clear and rather neutral tone. That was both to make clear he was serious, but not angry.

Then he went to talk about somebody else. ''Masami, you performed well too. But keep in mind to keep aware of what your foes might do. Next time, you might not want to get near the exit of what can might tear your head off with a bite.'' Hiron told her, not wasting a second to give his review about the Nara in the team.

'' Shikaroku, I think the same advice goes for you as well. Don't strain yourself too much if that means you won't be capable of helping the team.'' Hiron became silent as they could see the big walls of Konohagakure getting closer. Then he spoke again as they would see the main gates in sight.

''But you all did well. Get some rest. Tomorrow, we're going on a real mission.''
Satoshi Jun,
Kumogakure Specialized Jounin | Team 3

Satoshi was a bit conflicted. So far none of his students made a rushing charge or what so ever. Neither did they took the 'ambush' towards him. It seemed they were either hiding and planning to surprise him. It took him a bit while, but Satoshi had enough patience. His students likely were either doing several things, cause he wasn't sure if one of them had the patience he had. Which was no shame actually.

The shadow clone of Satoshi slowly started to walk towards the direction his students were at. The real Satoshi kept close watch of what would happen, but at a safe distance. For some reason, he couldn't find trust with Kato. But that was likely no surprise with the weird swings in the mood of the boy. Cautious and keeping now and then the area in check with his sensory technique, the shadow clone noticed the positions of his three students. From their positions, he could imagine what kind of plans they could come up with. Based on their abilities. He also sensed something else, but that was likely a trap jutsu.

Sending in his shadow clone, the real Satoshi kept the safe distance and would just observe what would unfold.
@Gamer
Next time pm me, way easier to reply then. I already got the word that something needs to be done about the situation. Right now, I just came from work and am only doing a small check on some stuff. Except a post later from me, tomorrow before I will head to work, about moving the team.

Further more : I am getting busy with my own personal life, so in regards to that, I am going to see if I can make my teams act without me in a way that they won't go out of their rank or such. Just simple things they could do as extra training or some simple missions for them.
???

Approaching danger!

''So everything is set?''

''Not everything. Preparations at the subject 5 and 6 are ready for the signal. Subject 3 and 9 are however not yet prepared nor in position.''

It stayed quiet in the dark hall. The masked and hooded people around the table said nothing as each seemed to wait for a response. It was one person that rose up and cleared his throat, that disrupted the silence in the dark hall. His voice revealed he was a male, and not that old either by the not so deep sound of it.

''Make sure that the subjects 3 and 9 are going to be prepared and ready to launch when the signal is given. Do remember to not make them perform their goal at the same time. We need to make sure that the operation will have little to no flaw. No matter how difficult that may be with our enemy watching some of us.''

All the others nodded as the man sat down, only for another to rise up from his seat. He was a head shorter, but his voice was deeper.

''I assume that you we have some capable people at the ready?''

''Oh we have.... We'll have to wait.

Just a little bit.''
Hiron Hon,
Konohagakure Jounin | Team 9

Hiron frowned. The tactic of his genins had some major success. Through communication and reacting to each other, Mia managed to attack and sent the massive turtle shell spinning around, making it moving away from the water. Though it wouldn't likely damage the turtle, it would make him at least dizzy, Hiron thought amused.

As the shell stopped with spinning, a loud grumbling was heard out of the shell. Slowly, the head of the animal came out and it was clear it tried to focus. ''You pesky younglings!'' He called them, trying to stand up, but was too dizzy with the spinning. Seeing that the turtle could still move and that his students had managed to perform what he wanted to see : teamwork, Hiron decided to end the mission. With a few quick jumps, he managed to get out of the tree and landing on the ground.

''This is enough team.'' Hiron told them as he opened his right hand. Lightning crackled through the air as he sent forth a big hound, of lightning towards the turtle. Though hearing and seeing the fast attack coming, the turtle couldn't get away. Being hit by the lightning technique, it tried to resist the shocking technique before it succumbed and was knocked out cold. ''Well done everybody.'' Hiron said through the earphone communicator. The first mission and a rather success? Hiron wasn't sure if he could be glad with the current formation yet, but it was a promising one. ''We're heading back. I think we have bothered him enough. Maybe he will be more in shape for the next formation of Team 9.'' Hiron told them as he turned around. He wondered if they would figure out that this was a test. Though Mia was aware of it, as she had been around the last time Team 9 had fought against the turtle, he wondered what the genin would think about it.
