Patience is a virtue?

Satoshi kept waiting. The shadow clone didn't move from his spot. It was just standing there and looking around. The real Satoshi had moved, via underground, to another position and would wait. The lesson was simply to make some points clear to his students. While he had ordered them to set up an ambush, he wondered if they would figure out if he wouldn't have been playing with words. After all, coming up with a grand and amazing plan was one thing.

To execute and make it work was the other half. The more essential part.

For that reason, he would wait. His shadow clone even sat down and began to loudly hum while looking around. So far none of his students seemed to likely have thinking of ambushing him on the spot. After all, there were several ways to plan and make an ambush work. Luring a victim into one. Slowly creeping up a foe and attacking him, surprising and thus ambushing him or her. It did made him wonder if it would annoy his students. Most likely it would. Satoshi could foresee that Kato would likely call it dull. But hopefully he would learn something from it. More than a simple sparring match or such, the young man thought with a light chuckle.

Ryo shot a glare in Tsubasa's direction. He was paying for the tea, that Tsubasa had ordered and drank. He wasn't happy at all that she had instructed him to do that. Putting his purse away, he scoffed. Though his opinion regarding his new team leader stayed the same, his mood had dropped to a grumbling one. ''I swear that if I have to ... oi... oi.'' He mumbled to himself as he moved to follow with the rest. He eyed a glance to Yumi when Tsubasa mentioned that there were no secrets between friends.

He for one was curious. Yumi was recognized in Konohagakure for her Crystal Release. Thinking about it, there were only tales and rumours regarding the unique ability of the Hasewaga clan. But nothing else regarding Yumi's skill. Though he was curious, he remained silent as he wanted to focus on what he would need to do. Kensuke would have liked it that way. And for a moment, Ryo missed his good friend and kind of mentor, before focusing on what would be said further more.

I had it very busy, as do Forced. He is kind of the same situation as I currently am. Though its a task of a GM, as stated in the rules, to do the puppetery work, its a time where everybody is piled up with work. Either exams, personal situations or such. I will allow it, but next time, it would be better if you would PM a GM or two about this.

But you've green light to proceed. I will react after it.

In the meanwhile I've some kind of warning, as some old members would likely see it. Its a vague warning of that something is boiling up. Though I know the newer players might not be able to pick up any details up from it or will likely see some old members getting wary or grinning (so to speak), I am willing to say that you should watch the global events that will happen in the story. There will be here and there small secrets that will lead to the big event that will happen.

Forging plans, in the dark?!

The dark hall was silent as the group said nothing. All of them wore dark masks, sitting in a stone seat at a long stone table. Nobody sat currently at the head of the table as it remained quiet. Then one of the masked people rose up and spoke. His voice was masculine and deep. The black hood and cape didn't show the features of his body or clothing, but it was clear he was kind of a broad person. Not somebody you would like to arm wrestle with.

''The plans is done. The preparations should be soon ready too. At least, I have ordered my agents and men to stand ready. If given the word, we will do our share. Within a week.'' He said. The silence returned as the man sat down. It lasted a moment before another at the table rose up to speak.
The voice was more feminine as she was much shorter than the man who had spoken. Not to mention, slimmer, so far the cloak and hood allowed that to be seen.

''I think we need to focus on the plan to weaken the opposition. Else they will just cause our plans to fail again.'' The woman was barely done with talking or one of the masked people, a man, quickly rose up. By the tone of his voice, he was clearly annoyed. ''Don't go there now. Everybody knows that it would have worked if Koi hadn't became greedy or that the Elders wouldn't have distrust each other!'' Slowly a discussion started between the masked people before they all suddenly became quiet and sat down.

Then one of them rose up again. ''I propose this. We will carry out the Operation of Baring Fangs at full speed. Then we will shall see if we can set the other operation at motion.'' The man who had spoken had a polite manner of speaking and the others nodded, simply once. However, one of them rose up again. ''Though I believe Operation Baring Fangs will be a success, the subjects 5 and 6 are a trouble. We have managed to keep them calm, but there is a big risk when we place them together. What will we do about that?'' The person asked to the others.

''We will just endure the risks. We won't lose too much if those two subjects will fail us. As long they are out of the possession of the enemy, we won't suffer too much. We can only gain from this. I say,

With the three students away in hiding, some distance away, Satoshi took it very easy. Waiting, he would give them some time to consider some plan or at least attempt to make a plan together. It was important they would make a bond together or at least show some co-operation. Though he could make them face him in a bell test, he already thought about Kato's distaste against that kind of test. Then again, this wasn't really different, but the boy hadn't seem to notice that. Which did amused Satoshi to some degree. But it was time to act now.

Slowly he used his sensory technique. With them in range, he could notice their position and bit of chakra. Seemed that they were planning their ambush already and one of them already started to make a move or something. Maybe a trap? Though he was an experienced sensor, he wasn't an elite. But never the less, how was he going to tackle this problem?

The first thought was to use his sensory jutsu and the Hiding in Camouflage technique. But that wouldn't be fair. He wanted to create a real like ambush situation. So that meant he wouldn't be possibly be able to react with such advanced techniques. It was a tough decision on what he should do, but the waiting and pondering was something he did on purpose.

They would also need to show patience. After all, training would require a certain patience to it. The ones who would be most impatient would be noted down for some other training. Satoshi did made a shadow clone as he decided to hide away. It always could be that his students would decide to ambush him while he would try to make them wait. At least, that would work out as well, but for now Satoshi didn't expect such a move on their side. But for now it was just waiting what would happen.

Sorry for the short review, but I have not a big amount of time for a big one. My excuses.

1.) Good chakra control is the limit of starting genins. Starting genins/characters of that rank are just people who got out of the Academy. Excellent chakra control is above good, thus something a starting genin can't have. At the start. (can be trained over the course of the story.)

2.) Same for the durabiltity and stamina. A genin, no matter the age or history (thus we are looking at the game balance) can have a too high stats from the start. Like the way you describe it and see not really a need to change it, but keep in mind to not go overboard. Its just a starting genin,

3.) Mind to fill in the traits?

4.) There is some need of change in the KG. It allows to be summed up :

A.) Absorbing heat.
-- That is a no because of the other traits so far. Besides, there should be a limiter on what he can absorb and how much. To balance it out.

B.) Melting touch
Though heat can indeed melt things, it depends on the material and I would rather see a limiter on it. Wouldn't want to see somebody to melt through stone/steel with ease or without any huge risks. After all, it takes a ton of just heat to melt through such hard materials.

C.) Immune to fire techniques
That is a no from me. Think that is a bit overboard with the other traits/advantages of the KG.

D.) Stronger and faster
Its based around heat and allows one to become physically stronger as faster? In my opinion that doesn't really add anything to the heat theme. Rather train that, as I am against it.

In overall, its a nice KG, but it is in need of some balancing. If you need any help with it, please contact me and we will work it out together. If you would want that. :)
Other than that, the personality, history and jutsu section are more than fine. You should probably give him the Konohagakure Earphone communicator as well. You can easily check that out on another Konoha CS. ;)

Satoshi nodded. He noticed that the girl had noticed kind of what he was more of hoping to see. So far, both of the boys had went in with a charge. Though nothing wrong with that. However, he found the way of Nadra a bit more positive. She actually had managed to lure the clone out of his defensive and surprise him. And with that surprise took him down. In a faster way than the other two. Nodding, Satoshi looked with a serious expression. ''All three of you did well, but I do hope you will realize that its often smarter and safer to observe. Though going first to draw attention is wise, so that the other can set up a trap,'' He glanced at the two boys before turning to Nadra. ''I hope that luring them out is also a way to take them out. In other words, always try to be cautious and try to learn what your foe is capable off. Surprise can be a great weapon as many shinobi use that. But now that is done, I think that I've seen enough from you to think what would be useful for you to train. All three of you use taijutsu. That said, you will rely greatly on reflexes, speed and strength. Though,'' Satoshi now glanced back at Nadra, the girl in the team. ''Agility can be a good substitute for strength. After all, if you can't be hit then you're alright.'' A smile appeared on his lips as he had formed his next training.

''Okay, last training of today. I want each of you to hide yourself. And don't worry Kato, we're not going to fight each other just like that. Now I want to see some teamwork of you three. I will remain here and I'll give each of you five full minutes to form an ambush up ahead. Communicate with each other. Also, use what you have seen from each other before.'' Satoshi instructed. He wonder if they would pay heed to his previous words. That it would be wise to observe and learn what somebody else could. So far, he had shown that he could use Earth Release, chakra flow and was good at taijutsu. But he had several tricks upon his sleeve. It made him wonder if it would be fair to use one on them, but then again.

They were shinobi in training. Learning to not play fair should be something they should be taught.

''Well, come on. Your time is going to... count.. from now.'' Satoshi said with a friendly face as he would wait for them to go on ahead.

A messenger for Ryo Tetsu, the Dragon of the Storm.

A mission for the Storm Guard.

The messenger was looking around for where the jounin could be. The messenger self was a low chuunin ranked shinobi. Somebody that was specialised in delivering messages. His target was now Ryo Tetsu. A Jounin with a good record and a member of the Storm Guard. Deciding to look if the said person was inside the headquarters of the Storm Guard. It was just next to the entrance of the Raikage Office. Heading towards the location, the messenger kept his eyes and ears open to see if he could spot Ryo.

Tetsu Ryo,

I am in need of a capable jounin that can handle some things. As Kumogakure is growing again underneath my leadership, I think we could try to see if we can organize some more materials and such for the village. That said, I want you to organize a group of around ten shinobi. Of your own choice. Once you have done that, make your way to the border of the Frost and Lightning. Though the Frost is our vassal and we protect them, I want the land border between the two better guarded. The Black Watch patrol could need some more help to maintain a better control over this strip of land.
