Nice, two CS's. Here is my review :
- Taiyou “Tai” Munashii
1. ) The personality and history are for me alright. So no need in my opinion to change that.
2.) The skill are a bit off, so to say. Would you mind changing it to 'high speed', instead of faster than a speeding bullet. I doubt somebody would like to move at that speed as it would not only result in a tunnel vision, but some other nasty traits as well. Same goes for the nintaijutsu. If you would please change that, that would be great.
3.) I am saying no to : Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation. Great Fire destruction is already something I find a bit much, but am willing to accept it. If you would please remove Fire Annihilation, that would work for me.
4.)
There are some custom jutsu I find a bit too powerful. Not to mention that I would like to see a number of handseals, as using powerful jutsu without a handseal or such is a bit too much, in my book.
1. Fire Release Armor ;
Concept of the jutsu is fine with me. Nothing wrong with that. I do think the fact that anybody near him for 30 seconds is a bit too much. Same goes for that he can melt anything that touches. If he is really fast, then that means he can just try to stay close for 30 seconds and then your dead, which means the weakness isn't really that great for a S ranked jutsu. If you would please mind to tone it a bit down with the power, then I would be fine with it.
2.) I think the speed needs to be toned down a bit. If he can augment his speed by the use of fire, while already being fast that would a bit too much. I prefer you would say the range of the jutsu, as flamethrowers can go for some length and it would be nice to know how far this jutsu can go.
3.) Solar Flare is able to cut like a blade is bit iffy. You need some super heat to cut with fire through material as it often sets things on fire, rather then cutting through it. At least, like I get your jutsu.
4.) Fire Release: Rising Dragon sounds more like a S ranked technique to me. Not to mention that I find it a bit too much that the dragon can re-create the dragon if somebody manages to get him out of the ring. The fire itself is already a good defense, but that he also can cover an area with a blanket of fire is a bit too much.

The answers!''
He ordered his glass of sake as it seemed his student didn't want anything to drink. Not really surprised nor worried by it, the young man still looked and appeared calm. Hearing them and their questions, Satoshi looked up to the ceiling as he was thinking hard about the answers. ''Both of you have interesting questions. My name is Satoshi Jun. As for my first mission before becoming a specialized jounin, that is an interesting one.'' Satoshi responded. The waiter came back and set the glass of sake on the table. Nodding and mumbling thanks, before picking it up. Looking at the sake, Satoshi continued. ''There were some troubles at the border. Before I was a Specialized Jounin, I was a member of the Black Watch. A border patrol unit that operates in several groups. They keep the border between the Frost and Lightning safe and under watch. Most people that go over the border are often watched and followed by the Black Watch. My mission was to lead a group of several members in order to keep track of a group of merchants. The reason was because a few sensors noticed something odd. A big amount of chakra was sensed in one of the cars. Apparently they had something in mind. My mission was to capture them and securing the odd item.''
Satoshi took a sip of his sake. He let out a relieved kind of sigh. The mission wasn't that special. At least he had done what was just right. At least in his opinion. ''Most of the Black Watch are trained to hide and move, surprising our targets with the first strike. That said, I lead the team and we managed to overwhelm the targets. It were a bunch of rogue nin. Possibly members of the fallen Antare clan. They had a kind of chakra bomb. Apparently some weren't over from the fact the Third Raikage wasn't in power. Or somebody keeping the corrupted clan in their position. After that, I was promoted to become a Specialized Jounin.'' Satosi said, taking a sip of his sake as he looked at both his students. ''So.. Now that has been said, I suggest go to a trainingsfield and see what you both have.'' He told them, rising up from his seat. Putting some money on the table, he left a tip before waiting on his students. If they would b ready, they would go right away to the most nearby training field. Around twenty minutes walking.
I am going to add her to the roster now, placing her in your team. Btw, make a Team PM chat. Just simply PM them in a group PM and then you have a PM chat on RPG. Voila. Just make sure the buggers keep pm'ing back and such.
Konohagakure Jounin | Team 9
Hearing a voice, Hiron looked at the direction of who spoke to him. The two barks already revealed it was his student Mia Inuzuka. ''Hey.'' Hiron reacted in a more casual way. With a calm look, he answered her question once she had arrived. ''I've been done decent. Was required to do some missions and training. Also was in need to take care of my youngest daughter.'' Hiron told Mia, not thinking if she already knew the news that Hiron had a young daughter. It wasn't that he would shout of the rooftops, as he saw Kiyomi as a daughter of his own. With his hands down in his pockets, he looked around. Where was that Nara genin? Glancing back at Mia, Hiron decided to ask her a question back.
''So, eager to go on missions again? Hope you're ready for one.'' He told her, wondering how his current students would work together. With the Nara's abilities and Mia's offensive skills, the two would be a good hold and attack team. But he would see how it would turn out.

Konohagakure Genin| Team 8
The question of Mamoru was answered at first with a nod. ''Yes, I hope the same. And I'm a kenjutsu as well.'' Though he kept his rather calm expression, Koiki was wonder what kind of kenjutsu Mamoru was capable off. He sat down and rubbed his chin, wondering about his team mate. He was a Senju and apparently a kenjutsu user, by his words. But unlike Koike, Mamoru wore armour. Glancing in Aiko's direction, Koike nodded. ''So sensei are we expecting anybody else or is it just us?'' The genin asked, wondering if he was on time or maybe his other team member being late.

Kumogakure Specialized Jounin| Team 3
Satoshi was about to pull up his face mask as he heard somebody asking, for a jounin-sensei. Turning around, in his chair, Satoshi noticed a young girl. By the looks probably one of his genins. Satoshi flashed a friendly smile as he nodded. ''That would be me. Take a seat please.'' He asked the girl as he was about to turn around. He already knew her name. Like any good sensei, he had read their profiles and studied them a bit. It would be way easier if he knew their name and some abilities already. The girl's name was Shizuka Nadra. Just as Satoshi was about to ask if the girl wanted anything to drink, the young man heard another voice.
Somebody asking for two genins and a sensei. While Satoshi turned around to see who this newcomer was. A tanned boy with white hair. Tahekiko Muto. ''That would be us. Come.'' Satoshi said, turning around again. Leaning back in his seat, the young made raised his right hand hand to attract the attention of a waiter and would casually ask the two a question. ''Drinks on me. Also, would you like to tell me something about yourself? After that, you may ask me one question in return.'' Satoshi told them, while he ordered a glass of sake. After his order, he would simply wait for the genins to order and then proceed to talk about themselves. Hopefully they would show some co-operation already. If they were willing to share information with their team mates, Satoshi knew he could count a bit more on them. And once the introduction would be over,
Kirigakure, Kumogakure and Amegakure.
The options can be endless. Depends on what kind of ninja you would like, I think.

Why do I pity Haruhi so much? Stuck in a team that is cold and not caring much for bonds. Great writing Shadow. Somehow the fact I like your posts and the situation Haruhi is in makes it really great. Keep up the good work.
Konohagakure Genin | Team 8
On a relaxed and calm pace, Koike was heading to the dango shop where he would meet his team. Dressed in his black garb, a serious and yet calm expression on his face, the young genin was heading to the place where he would meet his aunt and sensei. After the grim time of the Oppression of Shoji, Koike had trained under Aiko and was ready to go on missions again. The blade that was sheathed in the scabbard on his back made Koike aware of his new goal. He wouldn't let that promise go.
As he neared the place, he did wondered who more were on his team. Koike hadn't really socialized with many of his peers as he hadn't see the need for that. Not after Miharu's death. But as he entered the shop, he noticed Aiko and a boy of around his age. He didn't know him but he was wearing traditional shinobi armor. Heading towards them, Koike greeted them. ''Sorry, had a bit of hard time to find this place. Hope I am not too late, sensei.'' Koike said in a polite manner as he stretched his hand towards Mamoru. ''Koike Hon.''
Konohagakure Jounin | Team 9
Walking, his hands shoved down into the pockets of his pants and his flak jacket unzipped, Hiron was heading to the entrance of the training fields. He had left a note to the students of Team 9 to meet him there. It would be both a look at the past as something refreshing. For the past time he had went alone on missions and training. Not to mention, spending time with his youngest daughter. It brought a warm feeling when he thought of the little brave girl that was the newest member of his household. Aimi Hon.
While he was nearing the entrance, the more serious expression went over his face. So far only Mia was known to the team and the chuunin. That meant however she couldn't slack off. Like if that was ever possible with him as sensei. He would however increase the grim trainings to keep her skills improving. The newest genin was however different. Normally sensory of any kind were placed in his team, while he wasn't a sensory nin. This time however he had a Nara as a student. Hiron hadn't fought that many times against a Nara, but knew about their shadow ninjutsu. It was an interesting kind of ninjutsu, he had to admit that. But he would see if the newest addition to Team 9 would be up for that.
Arriving at the entrance, Hiron brought his right hand out of the pocket of his pants and rubbed his chin. He had unlike some sensei, no mission planned. He had some test planned to test if Mia's skills were still sharp enough and if the Nara could co-op with some grim situation. But for now it seemed he would have to wait. ''They will have five minutes...'' He mumbled to himself, already wondering if they both would be on time. Cause if they wouldn't be...
No, if you look at the roster the CS's we have made on the Alternative/Back-up forum are still being linked on what has been made there as we still use the roster on that forum as well. ;)
