Bio

Heya peeps!!

This here is your Girlie :] (in light of current violence in our world its about time for me to change my username. So just call me Girlie now.) And to be honest, bottomline: I'm just a chick who likes to pretend to be something she's not. ;P And! I try to be polite too okay! So let me know if i'm being just one rude bitch right!!

But if it must be known then I try to delve very deep into the nuances of the make-believe presented to me. And I'm pretty aggressive with plot-lines; I like to lead how things go. But I am pretty open to working with plots with others as long as my chara has already been accepted ;PP

I love off-the-beaten-path fantasy, but I love any kind of fantasy overall. But... okay so like yeeeeahhh... weakness? I'm a sucker for modern 'urban fantasy' for sure... ;DD My charas are pretty much 'broken goods' in terms of mental states and they are always gay; they will hump your girlie charas when we fade to black (I don't do the redband porno posts tho cuz eww ;PP).

I'm trying to branch out and do sci-fi and modern combat so please do be patient with my noobness ;PP But I'm loving my time here at the 'Guild so yeeeeeaaah!

Hope to join in on your adventures soon!! :]

@Mokley Heya!!

If you still accepting then daBomba would sooooo loves to apply! 😘
Tossing characters about is my specialty, haha. I totally agree with your conclusion! Are you suggesting a new RP? I'm not sure anyone else is around to continue this one tbh. ;-;

YeeeeeeeH... Thinkin fresh start, re boot, do over, whatever ya call it, I think we need it boss

I posted up last so yeeeeeahhh still here😉
Still here🤗
Honestly think it's time to have a go with a fresh perspective. We ain't a crew. No loyalties nor incentives to be one. The cast is cool but seems more suited as passengers that get tossed into coping with what happens to them as we go.

Like we all seem to have checkered pasts of some sort. I think teasing those out as passengers works better than joining up as a crew then seeing whose plots takes lead story... Without prior cohesion or familiarity amongst us, that is. If that makes sense?

Just muh brain spewing opinions is all 😒
Awesome to see this still going 😁 And awesomes to see lily still firing away at my girlie 😋

Hoping we still gots peeps up in here to keep us going!

The cat-girl strut on over to where the waddling-thing had bleated anxiously. "Ahhhh... but something ya fancy there, Mool? Aye, let this here lass aid ya in yer endeavours."

A few moments more and Mool had ceased its nervous shuffling. Lucky ejected one of her wicked claws and sliced open one side of the cereal box with ease. With a satisfied smile, she had lain the cereal box down before the waddling-thing. But Mool refused to eat. In fact, he shrank away from Lucky.

Lucky's baby blues narrowed at the waddling thing, vertical pupils widening, suspicious at its reaction to her food offering. The cat-girl was rather put off. It was not yet eat time and here she had broken a rule for this little ungrateful piece of--

"What's that Dots? Ooooh! Me claw...? Right! Let's remedy that!" suddenly the single wicked blade slipped back into her gauntlet hidden nead the bandages, "help a sista' out here wouldja, me girlie and give me a key to sing in..?"

Rumbling softly, and rather mellodically, from her chest was Luckiy's precious talent; purr-songin'. In such close vicinity, Mool should feel slightly uplifted, even more slightly in awe, and even more at ease and amicable. "There now, lad. All better'n before, aye? Eat up then. And thankee for helpin' t'find the loo fer us. I can take it from here. Smell it from beyond that door, i can. But stop yer jealous eyes, Dots. We eat when our time is, girlie. Now then. Off we go. Ta, Moolie-mools..."

Lucky snatched up Dots, slipped past the door, closed it tight behind her and traipsed past the crew doors till she neared the loo. But not before pausing to inspect the bright pink decor'd door and the shimmering one. She dared to not touch either, but inadvertantly, she stroked at her bandaged arm. There was something inside that bandaged arm that contained similar kinds of energies and forces as the shimmering door. A dry swallow did Lucky give before moving on.

But of course, she never made it to the loo. Instead, curiosity had gotten the better of her and so she had climbed up the wall and perched above the open door to the bridge where Captain Golby and Whisper stood. Big baby blues peered in at them, shining, wide, and upsidedown. There was noway one of her lowly station would ever boldly strut onto the bridge without permission. But spying...? Sure, why the hell not...

~~~
Much she had gleaned from just staring at the lot of them. Captain Golby seemed to be a good captain and sire. Stone was just as strange and wondrous as her giant, loyal automaton, Cradle. But that Whisper fella...? Something definitely wrong with it. As to what exactly, Lucky could not put a finger on it right now. The voice behind the mask? Perhaps, but time would tell what was wrong with the masked male.
But as soon as they landed upon the chained down estate, Lucky felt that hum once more. Her mind seemed to clear of the nonsensical clutter and whimsical fancies that only a lone and lonely cat-girl would allow in. She could feel it coming on. There was a mission at hand. There was the slow-burn calm. There she was feeling all so useful once more.
"With purpose then, girlie..."
Lucky dropped from her perch, brushed herself off, took a rigid stance, both hands clutched behind her back like a good little number. The blue of her eyes dimmed; they dirtied to the hue of gun-metal. "Field Agent 06 reporting for scouting duty, Captain," said Lucky in a eerily dead calm manner, "permission to board the bridge, sire?"
Upon permission granted, Lucky would march almost trance-like towards the captain. A quick look around at the controls and systems of the helm she took in, then she continued to sweep across the visuals on screen and out the bay windows. "That tower looks like our best vantage, sire. 06 will solo there, set up ears, tap their transmissions and hold post. Once triangulate setup complete then 06 will relay visual info and possible threats, entry routes, rendezvous points and running water. 06 ready for further instruction and ready to gear up and deploy on your command, sire..."
And only when Gale swore at Izzy did the tall redhead know the error of her ways. Griffins were still griffins in this world and Kith were actually children. Wellll... murderous, magic-wielding monster children in this world to be certain. Izzy should have let Gale's spear fly home. But: should've, would've, could've. It made no difference; there was no denying fate now. Izzy's error spelled disaster.
The beast shook and swatted the flying scythe like a teper-tantruming toddler would a toy. Oh but those eyes of the beast: such ferocity, such inhumanity, such power. And now more then ever did the former Unequalled Flame of the Daemon Squall Pirates desire to own the Lantern in the centre of the wheat field. But first thing was always first; she needed to survive the crash.
When she hit the water, the white stars exploded in her head and all went black. The last she saw ever again was the nightsky through rippling dark water as she had always seen her own death in her own dreams. That and the sight of both fists held out, middle fingers at full salute to greet Lady Death. Oh, she had seen this moment so many times in dreams since she was little.
And yet again did she forsake the dream and Lady Death's desire. Steely-blue eyes snapped open and she awoke to another dream she had ever since she was yet a frizzy red-headed girl. And like her death scene in dreams, this re-birth scene was as she had seen it. Isabellia was aware of her last moments and she knew she had been given another chance to live, but if only she brought to life another with her.
Such a strange feeling when she screamed out Gale's name from beneath the water. So strange was it to be aware of how she took a 'breath' before and after her scream. But Izzy did not dwell upon the surreality of it all. She saw the shapely shape of Gale and swam with all her might towards the brunette.
Both hands snatched up the WindRider and pulled her up to the surface. And such a strange feeling once she took a breath of open air; strange in that she noted the difference between breath underwater and breathing out of water now. But again Izzy did not dwell upon the surreality of it all. No, instead she clutched Gale in one arm and the wreckage of the Scythe with the other.
Suddenly a massive explosion sounded out from the shore and when all was said and done, Izzy saw the dark masses splash home into the dark water. They were still a fair bit away from them but not as far as Izzy would have liked. She had a good inkling of what had hit the water; the twin glows that would be the dark masses eyes had given them away. Oh, how Izzy loved her fancy new boots… but she would have to abandon them to swim faster than the Hollows should they give chase. That and she would also have to abandon—
“Ms. Gale! Gale O’ Storms!!” she violently shook the Scythe pilot in hopes of rousing her. A single, solid breath Izzy took and then that moment of calm and clarity took over. Then with all her might, and, with both legs kicking, she tossed the stout Gale onto the wreckage. Several presses she gave to the chest of the brunette. Then Izzy's mouth covered Gales and blew a few times trying to seep the water from the other woman's lungs. When she looked up next, the steel of the blue in her eyes ignited. She was no longer merely Izzy now.
“WIND-RIDER!! At arms now, missy!! Lackadaisical git!! Not allowed to die yet! Hear me?! You will do yer damned duty! You will never stray from the fire... AT ARMS!! NOW!!”
“Her name is Ribbit…
She loomed large over the spiderling, eyeless gaze piercing its entire being as it had taken back its soul-filled, stitched together, and tasty monstrosity. A slight tilt of her head she had taken as the spiderling’s gaze swept over the Lady’s imposing and incredible form; much awe held in its shiny, shiny eyes.
Now this was the proper greeting fit for an ancient. Reverence pure and simple.
The spiderling had done all the right things. Polite. Respectful. Demure in her presence. Eyes lowered, yet voice as even as possible. Humble to be certain. This awkward and rhyming weakling even had the audacity to even call her by what she demanded and then some. It had referred to her as: She of the Crossing. Quaint it had not referred to her as the ‘Angel of Death,’ yet surprisingly satisfactory. But best of all it had given her an offering. Oooooohhhh… but how ever did this little creature know her so well, darling…?
Rather lightened up now, the Lady had worked the offering through her gauntlets with strange and eiery dexterity and care so as to not shred the offering with a single razor fingertip. Even after the full inspection, Lady Leaza had no idea what the thing was even supposed to be. This did not look like a killing implementation, but one thing of it she knew for certain; it had a power to it. Faint as it was, it was still sooooooooo familiar and yet, She of the Crossing had no inkling of what that power was. Sooooooo familiar… and such an offering. Intriguing…
And then the coup de grace of the interaction; the spiderling had politely excused itself from her magnificent presence, and, graciously bowed at her poignant grace. If the faceless cowl could reveal the mouth-gaped-open expression of the Ancient.
“And a pleasure to make your acquaintance as well, Mr. Ozzy Strings…” a flowing curtsey and drawn out bow she gave, so respectful and yet so final at the same time.
Pity it had wandered off so soon. The Lady Leaza was utterly flattered and in such a state, she would be ripe to place an easy-breezy bargain. If there was a flaw in this Ancient, abyssal-hardened diamond, little did the spiderling know, it had been exposed. Oh but alas, the most opportune moment would pass but quick.
The Rock Whisperer had been so gracious in his response to She of the Crossing, as was expected and desired by She of the Crossing herself. Oh, but she knew he would down play what the near-Mortals here thought of him, but at least he did know that there was some semblance of respect for him. But true enough, rock did not get enough attention.
Leaza herself did glean much information about rock and its killing prowess through all those long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, loooooooooooooong, loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong lectures Edgar had hosted over time. And it would be a lie to say that the Lady did not realize the sheer amount of time it took to stay seated and listen to The Rock Whisperer’s lectures, but this realization gave the ‘Angel of Death’ nuance and the need to change. Because of the time devoted to endure such lectures, Lady Leaza had to recruit minions to do her work in her stead. This would account for all the ‘near-death experiences’ or ‘beyond the grave’ experiences so many had been through over time. Had she been the one at hand, those experiences would never exist; She of the Crossing would never be so sloppy.
And so she had nodded at the offer to sit in on one of the Ancient male’s long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, loooooooooooooong, loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong lectures once more. As he had inspected the statues she had interacted with the spiderling. And once he made certain of what she had suspected all along about the statues, the utterly flattered state of being she suffered from ceased to be instantaneously.
“Not dead, not alive…they aren’t stone… somehow both more and less…” she had muttered back the words Edgar had spoken. Those that had been turned to stone were truly cheating death. “then we shall alleviate them from this state of ‘bubbly rock’ then shall we, darling…?”
In a state of Bubbly rock. Even the terms mocked Death itself. She of the Crossing would not have it.
Lily had assumed too much to speak to Lady Leaza in such a manner. Who was this little fae to tell an Ancient where an Ancient was or was not welcome? Who was this little fae to tell an Ancient what disrespect was and assume what kind of influence the ‘Avatar of Death’ held anywhere in the Tangle. And ‘Avatar…?’ That was a new one. Quaintly quaint, darling... Oh and but who was this little fae to say what or what not would make the Gobb—the Obsidian Idol happy…? Did the little fae know such answers to things that it could never fathom nor did it even matter to it in the very, very, very basic of base reasons?
Oh, and then the spores. Did this little fae have any clue? Did it not know it was simply outclassed just like an insignificant fly versus an illustrious dragon. A simple wave of her hand sliced the very air around her, sparing her of being touched by those mere green motes of insignificance. Spores of paralysis were they? The Lady had no time for trivial near-Mortal tricks.
And it was here where she should have noticed the miniature hole neath the spot where the miniature Gobb-the Obsidian Idol was perched for obsidian eternity. But no, she did not notice such a clue, for just like Crow, she too was distracted by something other than flattery for once. Lady Leaza was actually annoyed. The eyeless gaze from the pitch of her cowl followed the fair fae as it flitted on over to the others. A bit too sweet. A bit too alive. Oh, how much desire oozed from She of the Crossing as she evaluated the half-deadness of little spry Lily? Oh you just wait and see… just you wait and see, darling…
~~~

It was here where Mr. Crow broke the Angel of Death’s… well… as redundant as it was, it was still the Angel of Death’s drop-dead, deadly, deathly glare that had been broken. Lady Leaza turned upon hearing her noted as ‘Magnificence…’ Oh but such a term to wrap her presence with…!

With several nods, and a taloned gauntlet tapping at where a chin should be in that abysally black space in her cowl, the Lady listened in. True, only a few should be permitted here at night, and true, there may be those who were ignorant, and aye, those who would help orchestrate such tragedy and chaos. But the two names Mr. Crow tossed out there seemed to be neither ignorant nor capable of orchestrating such tragedy and chaos by their lonesomes.

“Aye then, Mr. Crow, plumage so dark and fine,” she said at once with some finality to her voice, “we shall take to the presence of these two: Hare and Jackdaw. Interview one right after the other, shall we. For if in fact they are collaborators to this… this unprecedented ‘event’ then they shall not have time to corroborate their alleged stories then once spoken to in quick succession.

I do however have my doubts to they as suspects… but as much as I doubt, they too may find us as suspicious and hold us as suspects as well. SO!”

In a not so unobvious fashion she, motioned over to where the flitting spry fae was located and not very inconspicuously pointed at the flitting spry fae, “So. Perhaps then the more insignificant of you could start by flitting about and finding more clues as to what happened here? You see, the less significant the near-Mortal, the more they will notice the insignificant things that may actually turn up to be rather significant clues.

“So basically what the Lady is saying is: make use of our time and be thorough in our immediate investigation before the more significant of us interview Blue Hare and the Custodian. How do we fancy that course of action, darlings? Aye. Brilliant. I thought so. Very well. Make it so then… so says the Lady…”
