Current Memes aside, pineapples on pizza is ok actually. Being shat on for liking things different from other people gets old after a while.

Well, seeing as there aren't exactly people clamoring to be the next post, I'll say I have one up by tonight.
Murakawa Torako

The sharp jolt she got was thankfully brief.

Oddly she felt as if her mind cleared a little; was this what they say about electricity refreshing the brain? Tora noticed Kyouma running towards them, though for what reason she knew not. Whatever he wanted, he'd have to wait for a bit.

"..that's right... you could have hurt someone..."
Tora raised her hand, pointing straight towards the electromaster. "That is why, I hate people like you."

She was dead serious now, though that was the first time she ever said something like that to another person. Hot damn, she felt like some cool caped crusader jumping about in the night in tights. Like... some sort of chosen one who just met the main villain accidentally and didn't know who they were. Feeling oddly excited now, she continued after the brief pause.

"High levels like you using their abilities with no thought to everything around them."

Wait, maybe she haven't thought this through. What if these two were to actually fight her? Well the other one might not, but still... As of this moment all she had on her was a glass marble and her coins. Well, at least there are people around. They wouldn't actually try something in public now, would they?

Uiharu Kazari

"She's kinda late..."

Kazari looked at her phone, leisurely swinging her legs as she sat on the bench. Humming to herself, she looked around the busy street, hoping for a glimpse of her long black hair bobbing through the crowd. Did she get sidetracked? Perhaps I should go get something to drink first.

Well, that was certainly the plan for her, but as soon as she walked the short distance there, she spotted Saten with.... some little girl? Was the girl lost perhaps? Or perhaps someone she knew?

"Ah, Saten. There you are. I've been wondering where you were just now." With her usual smile, she looked at the girl with Saten. "Is this someone you know?"
"Sorry, its not like I was intentionally aiming for you with a prank in mind or anything." Tora said, glancing at the boy who brought napkins to the table.

She panicked a little after that, but it soon grew into annoyance as the two ignored her completely. Especially when they started off on some romance comedy routine right in front of her AND started to use their ability without hesitation. Well, since she started it, accidental though it may be, she might as well see it to the end. Tora knew for sure that there was no other electromaster up to the level of the Railgun herself, so at most, the girl before her, and her companion, cannot be more than level 4s themselves.

Seeing the electromaster emitting sparks, Tora impulsively put a finger on her, doubling her output just to see what happens. Just as she realized the ramifications of touching a human taser which she just doubled the output of.

"Ah."
Oh, is it my turn already? I'll have one up asap
"Hey Reve are you ok? Vitals signs are reading you're under stress. If you need time to calm down I recommend seeing Doctor Wilbur for some stress relief meds." James Axer offered Reve as he popped up on her screen. "Look I know you see us as the big bad bogey men and all but you're not with Angelo anymore and we don't really need hostility between us. What we're doing isn't personal on all of our parts. There are people here you can talk to you know."

She laughed at that, thoroughly amused by what he just said. "Maybe when they stop looking at me like something the cat dragged in."

Leaving it at that, Reve carefully put Exia in the hangar, before finally shutting it down. She sat back on her seat and sighed. It wasn't comfortable here by any means. And she'd sooner eat her own gun before going to the doctor here. With how they have been acting around her, she wouldn't put it past them to try and drug her up with something strange.
Aight, do take care.
"Ah... that was the worse."

Nothing came out of the alleys save some stray cats. Cute but some of them were vicious. Still cute though.

Having abandoned the idea of searching through alleys for some variant of the Level Upper yesterday, she wore instead her usual Nagaten uniform, having her own activities to do in the school. Torako walked slowly through the street, taking her time getting to the school. After all, taking down old posters and putting up new ones wasn't exactly a job deciding the fate of the world.

"Ugh... why'd I even volunteer to help the student council?"

Originally she had thought to gain a few extra points for being such a good volunteer, but the way the council worked the volunteers was tiring to say the least. Ah such a pain.

Tora caught the sight of two Tokiwadai students as she walked, her smile twitching slightly. Tokiwadai... So full of themselves and their powers, all of them level 3 or higher. She pulled out a small coin, and took a deep breath. Perhaps she could use her own abilities to set up a good prank.

Amplify. That was what her power was classified as. Its use was to amplify cause or effect to double its value, though her current limitation was that she needed to actually be touching anything she wanted to amplify. Perhaps amplify the effect of a her strength pushing down a knife so she could cut vegetables easier, or amplifying her exerted force on a jar lid to open it easier. And while she can amplify the magnitude of an Esper's power to double, doing so was rather dangerous. People amplified with her abilities did not feel any different, making it very dangerous when they use their powers normally. Tora and her friend burning off all their clothes weren't a joke after all; if her friend didn't catch herself in time, both of them could have been dead by now.

Thinking hard for a moment, she eventually gave a sigh and laughed to herself. Tora can't really think of a good prank to do with her ability. Perhaps it was just as well; she'd make them regret their hubris in another way. Tora can't think of a way right now, but she was sure it would come. Hopefully.

Giving up the idea of a prank, she cheerfully flipped the coin, as she started walking again.

And fumbled majestically as she tripped, flipping the coin forwards fully amped in her surprise, the coin smashing through one of the crepes the girl was holding.

"Ah." Tora started sweating profusely. "That.. I.. this is not..."
Day 1 of the war - Near Dusk

The meeting started almost as soon as the last Master entered the nave, be it by proxy through a familiar, or in person. Gabriel made an eloquent rousing speech as always, his voice filling the old interior of the church, bathed in the light of the receding sun through the stained glass windows. Finally, he recited the rules of the war again, emphasizing mainly the secrecy that must be kept from the non magi public, the neutrality of the Church they stood in, and that Masters who had lost their Servants can seek refuge in the Church, where they will be protected until the war was over.

Finally, Aleksei himself gave the closing speech, ending with the promise that any Master compromising the safety of his city and the secrecy of the war will be put down. And just like that the meeting was finished, as he mentioned those with questions may stay behind and ask them now.

With thus, the war had begun.

***

As the city covered with snow started slowing down, the magi started to grow more active, preparing for another night of war.

The man in the hooded cloak however, stayed silent in his room, looking out the window at the city. While it was sizable, it wasn't really huge, on account of being rather out of the way, hemmed in by the forest, the hill to the north and the large snow plain to the south east littered with standing rock pillars. The city was older than most of the inhabitants knew, and he suspected there was a whole other civilization that once made a city on this very site, though he had no idea who they were or if the information was true.

What he knew however, was the existence and the method of attaining the artifact the Mage's Association were tearing each other apart for. He only needed enough prana to attain it...

Marie

They walked out the underground room, navigating an old labyrinthine network of rooms underneath the church. It seemed to serve a purpose before being abandoned, but what it was eluded Marie. Perhaps it was a catacomb to house the rich deceased. Soon, they emerged in one of the wing of the church.

"I understand that you are being sheltered by the Church, but will this place truly serve as our base of operations? Is this land not Neutral territory during the War?"

"True, Masters and Servants are required to stay clear of neutral grounds." Marie stopped walking and turned to Archer. "However, I am still an executor, tasked to protect Gabriel and the neutrality of this territory. But if it will ease your concern, we are actually housed in the old unused belltower just off the back of this church."

Thinking that was then end of that, she took a step forwards, before Archer spoke again.

"Girl, you do intend on winning the Grail War, do you not? I did not ask you in the presence of your superiors, for various reasons, but now that we are alone, would you tell me your wish? I can hardly swear my sword to a Master who will not communicate their intentions."

She stopped dead in her tracks, pondering on Archer's question. I do not have a wish, she wanted to say, but it felt like an insult to the one standing before her. "I intend on winning the war, of that you can be sure of. As for my wish..." Marie stopped for a moment. "An end to this war, and preventing the heretics from destabilizing this world."

It was partly true, though it was mostly the wish of the higher ups.

Seeing as there were no more questions, she asked Archer to dematerialize into spirit form, and took her place in the line of executors in the meeting. There were some very odd people in the pews, and was that Jet Li over there? It was kinda hard to mistake that look for anyone else. As soon as the meeting was finished, she took her leave with the rest of the executors. After a few words of encouragement from them, they were both left alone for the moment.

"Archer. This is your first order. Scout out the city and the surrounding area. Fight with the others if you must, but take care not to be caught in prolonged battle." It was simply too early in the war to gauge out strength and priority as of now. It was the same as hunting a vampire, knowledge of even their mundane habits and traits were as important as their statistics and battle abilities.

Gabriel came up beside her, putting a hand on her shoulders. Wordlessly she turned around and followed him, glancing back at Archer, her grey eyes lingering on Archer for a moment.

Lancer

"Well," his Master starts plainly. "For starters, I suppose we must hurry along to meet with the Supervisors of this little ritual. I would have you escort me there, Servant Lancer~"

Escort? Hurry? Well, there was only one thing he could really think of in this situation if she really wanted to hurry, but flying through the city with a girl in his arm doesn't seem like the reasonable thing to do, not at this hour anyways.

Like he guessed, she didn't seem to have much in her possession. Not that he would give any less effort to his Master because of that.

"Hmm..." He scratched behind his head for a moment. "Alright, let us go, Master."

With that he turned into his spirit form as he escorted his Master to the church, becoming invisible to most normal people. "Do not worry, I will stay by your side as we walk to the church."

Unnamed Executor to Dante.@Rae Zer
As the executors moved out of the room, a single letter was slipped into Dante's clothing. It simply gives him a instructions on finding a room in the Church, implying a meeting with one of the Supervisors. There was nothing else, save for an addendum that he can refuse to come if he wishes.
How ultimately droll.

DISCO HAIR INTENSIFIES

Anyways, I'm writing up the meeting right now.
"Shut up, you idiot." She snapped back. "Next he could have self destructed here. Or in the ship. Be glad I'm here to stop you fools from dying."

She had been doing this since... ever since she could remember. Then again, she was doing it with a band of trusted comrades; there were always differences but they always put them aside for the bigger picture. Not this band of misfits. Not these people who had an entire nation back them up. Reve had half a mind to wake Nena up in the middle of the night, exploding the whole hangar and their engines, and just going off somewhere. Oh and taking that woman with her as well.

Taking in a deep breath, she calmed herself down. She could almost hear Sumeragi berating her for her lack of patience. All this until she can find Celestial Beings or get back home. While she doesn't doubt she could survive with only Nena by her side, there were benefits to living on a ship after all, even if the company was less than preferable.

For now, she'd go back to the ship obediently. For now.
