Backstory: Damian is about as extroverted as introverts get. He's willing to socialize, especially with other gamers, but he typically gets tired from social interactions quickly. His time is almost always spent strategizing or playing games to practice or to get better gear. He currently has no great friends, just online buddies he likes to practice with. Damian was noticed after winning a notable gaming tournament at a young age, and was invited to Hope's Peak overseas, and decided to take them up on the offer.
Any other information you'd like to share: He's nearsighted, so Damian will often take off his glasses to read or while he's on the computer.

Is this enough for an application? Im willing to expand it but i want to keep some details secret.

Hmm. I dont want a generalized weapon due to my other ability that lets me make weapons from ice. Thats why i went for more of a general support/disable theme for my weapon. What if i made it single-target, and i would have to choose before i begin playing?

Familiar: Jonah does not have a familiar yet. He's the only Chosen to not have one by the time he's been fully trained, and this bothers him. A lot.

Skills:
Basic Manipulation: Currently, he's able to manipulate up to two hundred liters by volume of water or ice with precision, as long as the material remains within about 50 meters. He can manipulate larger portions of water or ice, but it will be much more general and harder to control. This might include in creating a large tidal wave and send it in a direction, but he would have little control over its speed, and wouldn't be able to maintain it for long. Jonah is also not affected by the heat or cold of the water/ice he creates.
Create/Destroy Water: Jonah can create as much water in liquid form as he can control. This will scale as his capacity with the Basic Manipulation ability increases. The water he creates disappears as soon as Jonah falls unconscious or if he dismisses it. Note: Water he manipulates that already exists is not destroyed by this effect.

Notable techniques:
Icicle Spear: Jonah's most used technique right now is to form spear-heads of ice, and send them at his target.
Weapon creation: When in melee encounters, Jonah equips himself with weapons made of ice. His most common weapons are a Trident paired with a shield, but he can make other weapons, such as knives, swords, and javelins.
Construction: Using either ice or water, Jonah can create structures such as walls or bridges.
Encase: Jonah's most useful battle technique involves encapsulating his target in a sphere of water, and turning it into ice.

Weapon: Fitting with Jonah's personality, his weapon is a Viola. Nothing notable about it, just a regular instrument. It's what Jonah does with it thats dangerous. By playing "Decretum" on it, he can capture the attention of anybody nearby, and bring them into a trance. This completely clears the affected minds (temporarily of course) of all thoughts. Jonah must continuously play, and any disturbance, such as a loud noise or being hit by something, breaks the trance immedietly. But one would argue- this isnt a weapon! To which i say, what is more deadly than completely controlling a person's thoughts?

Personality: He's reclusive, but by no means is he edgy. He tends to keep to himself in most things, but has no problems coordinating with others, its just not his thing. If Jonah finds himself comfortable around people, he'll often make witty remarks and stupid puns, and won't hesitate to share his thoughts. Jonah takes his abilities very seriously and is careful with them, borderline afraid of them. His hobbies include music and poetry.

After Homura left, someone else contacted her and Sasaki through their communicators. An artificial voice proclaimed itself, and it was apparently an expert on this "Flood" parasite. Sasaki responded first, but Mami didn't listen. Something tugged on her ribbon. Homura, with her powers, was likely back to the ship by now. She knew that messing with Mami's ribbons would only put more strain on her. Someone, or something else had stumbled upon it.

Sasaki then asked if the Flood sang, getting Mami's attention. She saw that he had his sword pointed down the corridor, the same direction as Mami's ribbon. "You heard singing?" She asked. Before Sasaki answered though, she already had a musket summoned in her hand, just in case. She began to hear the music herself, it being sung in her native language. How strange. She thought to herself. "Who's there?" She called out.
