I didn't spot a second bridge, and I meant little in reference to the size of the map not their actual size.

Alright, so where is everybody? And do I have anyone waiting on me to do something? I can definitely do things.

I wasn't going to make a character who ran a department, I just thought they needed to be taken into consideration for realism. My character concept is not yet finished, I may not even complete it, but as of now I'm designing a character with a politically driven agenda. Ambitious, cunning, tactful. Someone with a plan to become a major influence over Oblak. Knowing things like how the government functions, and how the bureaucracy functions will aid me in making the character accurately.
