So, I just got Mario Kart 8, and it's going to take awhile to get used to the changes of the mechanics since I mostly played Mario Kart Wii back then. :3
Name: Laura Bates
Appearance:

Personality: Usually Laura is seen as a very "perfectionist" person, not wanting a single thing out of place or not in a certain pattern. You could say this is a trait of OCD, but it's just how she is.
Age: 17
Short Bio: Laura lived in the bustling city of New York City, and had tried to live on her own after 15 years with her family by getting her own apartment in the city. However, things didn't go as she liked to as she couldn't find a stable job, and that she wasn't able to afford her apartment after two years time. So, she tried to find a place that she could at least afford and still live at a steady pace, and that's how she found out about Moonhill. So, she decided to plan her way towards that town, and hopes she could get a good living from that town.
Other: I love playing New Leaf, one of my favorite installments of the series thus far. (waiting for a WiiU version soon...)
Seeing how this is a thing towards the leader characters with the note, I see this as restarting the order as we need the leader's response for this first.
So I decided to post out of order with a way to get things moving again.
This was definitely becoming boring fast. At this rate, even the Knowledge of Kami wouldn't be able to decide a winning faction due to how uneventful things are starting to be. So, there was an easy fix to this, a way to create a conflict or at least some action right away. All that was needed...was a note.
Appearing with no sign or trace, a single note would appear right next to the leaders of the Rebellion and Legion, and both notes would share the same content. Given the situations that both factions are within, it was no doubt that both leaders would have to come to terms and read the note to see what it was all about. It read:

Consider this my only act of generosity to you all for this challenge, so you will have to decide carefully if you choose to take the chance or miss out. I suppose that all of you know the geography of this world well. There is a single island in the center of this world, where no faction has claimed the territory of it. I had left a supply of special material, a kind of material that would greatly act as a trump card in this challenge. These supplies are hidden within the depths of the Dead Forest. Whether or not you choose to go to the Dead Forest for those supplies, please remember that this is a war your faction must fight to win for, it would be dreadful if the other faction would take these supplies and use them against your faction. This is my only act of generosity, for I am only a spectator.

-Knowledge of Kami

[Kaika Cho - Rebellion - Mutatio]

This was all too alike to when she was given the most influential pact. For this time around, she would be in charge of her own troops under the "recon" group. As much as she had enough with responsibility type of things, she did think she would be capable of handling it. After all of those years with that much responsibility in the past, Kaika knew she could handle this kind of responsibility. Not having much to say, Kaika only gave a respective nod towards Momoka, it was just accepting the role as Recon Commander. Hopefully she wouldn't be too cocky to screw things up, there wasn't much enthusiasm in her anymore after dying "once."
[Tei Sukone - Legion - Imperium]

For a moment, she froze once Homura had asked that. Lost someone dear to me?.... she thought and repeated in her head, her memory storage showing Tei all of her stored memories on Len. The Vocaloid she loved so much and him only. It was quite sudden, since it was just thrown in by this girl once she had requested the girl for her assistance. She didn't want to tell too much about Len to this girl, Len was hers only, and she wasn't going to disclose too much about him to someone that had the ability to take him away from her.

"Yes, I do have someone that I lost, so I'm ready to win this challenge in order to win that person back," Tei said, never mentioning any single detail on Len at all.
[Xehanort - Legion - Imperium]

The moment that the strange note had appeared near him, he was that attentive to notice it just appear out of thin air. First thought that came to mind, it was the Knowledge's doing, seeing as that deity was basically "god" of this last world. Remembering what Knowledge had told them, and assuming that she had said the same thing to the Rebellion, then this note would have some important information about this challenge. So, he read the note, and was quite interested by the fact that this deity decided to give some "help." Not that it was because of pity, but Xehanort could tell it was because there isn't anything happening from his end, and this was a perfect way to get things moving. He still had the plans to prepare his forces of Legion first, but he knew even if they didn't prepare, they would be able to storm the single island and take whatever was these mysterious supplies, crushing the Rebellion forces that could be there already.
On the fateful days of October 4 and 5 of 1986, the prosperous Ushiromiya family and the others on the island of Rokkenjima, all 18, were brutally murdered, and the culprit of the murders was never found. Concerning the manner of the setting, this was infamously dubbed the "Witch's Legend Serial Murders," in the mentionings of the Golden Witch Beatrice. How this was even found out to the public eye was the findings of a wine bottle at the shorelines a few days after the murders took place, the single note of one of the victims, Maria Ushiromiya. This was her note:

"By the time you have read this, I will probably be dead.
The only difference will be whether there is a body or not.
You who have read this.
Please find out the truth.
That's my only wish."
—— Ushiromiya Maria

To this day, truth be told, no one can ever figure out what happened on those two fateful days, and remains a cold case with no sign of evidence to uplift the slow investigation.

Nearly 30 years later, in the year 2014, 18 randomly selected people would receive an envelope with a one-winged eagle seal, and would see that they are invited to Rokkenjima Island. Whether they know of the incidents that's occurred there or not, something would tell them to go, and so they did. These new 18 individuals, will they figure out the mystery of the Witch or will they perish to the Witch's game?
So that's pretty much what I had in mind so far. Keep in mind, your characters are prone to die in this, as this is a murder mystery roleplay. But don't worry, given the nature of Umineko, once we "reset" to a new arc, your characters will be alive again. Clearly this is a roleplay with original characters, I'll handle using the Witches, which should be the only canon Umineko characters in this. This is a rough idea, so things are subject to change, but any takers?
1: I'm fine with whatever species, but I rather stick with only human to stay true to the roots.

2. Looks like I'm fine with the train ride.

3. Totally can do that. ^^

Just a little curiosity, do we all have our own houses or do we share a house (like in the DS version)?
So far, everyone in the classroom noticed Eren, but didn't really speak up to him. It wasn't long until the bell finally rung to start class. Apparently their first class was an English class, and the teacher was starting to assign the class an essay project.

Oh great...right when I come back to school after all of that Spiritual World shenanigans, this happens... Kaika thought, hating to write essays or anything that requires a lot of writing.
Once Takahisa had safely packed the plant into his bag, he made his way to the mess hall.
"There's no need to....I bet she's already in...the Spiritual World....at peace...." Sota mumbled, somewhat trying to pull himself together. He gently laid her body to the ground. "I'll respect her last words to me....I'll live on for her..." Sota said, though he was uncertain that Yasu was really done for, but at least that damned demon wasnt in his body anymore. Memories flashed in his head, the moment that he first met her at school, from the time Kaika paid her respects to Hope, from to this very moment of Kaika's fated death. Though, he wanted to stay strong for her, he didn't want to let her down on that last promise.
"Hopefully," Tris said to Free, but for a moment, she swore she heard some voice in her head. she couldn't tell why that happened at first.
"Well...this is new. Hey Miki, what's the deal with this world?" Mitsuka found herself in a forest, unable to figure out why she was here. Sure, she made this pact with the spirit only because fate wanted to and that Mitsuka herself already had her own traits to see spirits without the pact. However, whenever the spirit would mentiom anything about Mitsuka being a reincarnation, she refused to believe that.

"Even if I was here before, I do not know why it has brought us here," Miki answers, still stumped from this strange world.

"At least that's a good start, I guess," Mitsuka sighed, and decided to immediately use her sixth sense to figure out if there was others here. Apparently, her sense was that much stronger than Kaika's, it would reach a radius of 1,000 km, rather than Kaika's range of 500 km.
I was about to make an Animal Crossing rp myself, but you beat me to it. I'll give this a shot though. (*⌒▽⌒*)θ~♪
