Hmm dratz then- I understand your reasoning for the powers of Precognition to be banned but the idea of my new revamped Precognition matches the predictive power of Andrew's ability to see muscle movement and see his opponent's actions. Instead of muscle movements, he basically receives visions as if it was a forgotten thought being remembered but that would just be repetitive. If you want you can just make the power GM-controlled and just shoot me random Private Messages that might affect the roleplay through these visions and since the power is not fairly trained you and wreck havoc by sending misleading clues that will cause drama but if not I'll change it into something else. Basically its all up to you, but I don't mind if its being changed

And yes, the the file does take place during pre-Exodus as Andrew probably can't live with himself after being ditched by the Government and being with the Mutants that was his job to kill. So after the Exodus event, Andrew probably kept to himself and laying low not doing much of anything interesting. So I'll just put my effort into making his story before then interesting if I am up to the deal

From testing Andrew's set of superhuman powers are unique as they all begin with his enhanced eyesight allowing him to see farther than most people and allowing him to see basically in the dark as well. His eyes now able to see things better also can notice movement the moment it happens due to the fine detail that his eyes takes in but if caught off guard he only knows the general direction it was from. With his own eyes it shows that he now has photographic memory of almost anything he sees now as well, making it valuable for him to observe everything to a fine detail. Preliminary testing from an Ophthalmologist confirms finding of Andrew's vision acuity better than 20/20. In our situation this isn't good as Andrew's eye will be needed to be protect at all times to prevent damage. The sensitivity that his eyes hold is extremely fragile and wouldn't be hard to abuse if his opponents know about it, extra precautions will be issued.

Up next, his ability to see is so fascinating our field test shows that he can observe even the smallest amount of muscle movement that his opponents makes to calculate what their next moves are. Under extended concentration it seems that, he can fall into a trance where his mind can make prediction based on on variables what his opponents are doing and basically 'seeing' the future. These predictions are only calculated 'guesses' of what might happen and so if he faced a person with enough physical prowess they can evade this ability. This was as shown with our next field test by preventing one of our other mutants from getting past him but failed due to that mutant having enhanced agility and speed. Our hypothesis along with his ability is it being more effective on a single target, as it seems he has more time to observe their moves while in a large group he has to observe them all, meaning the more targets he have the less accurate his readings are. Let field test #3 commence-

Our testing after this shows Andrew's set of powers after this one gets less scientific explanation as his powers at his point has 'evolved' into another stage where his ability to make predictions have turned into something else entirely from scientific standpoint. His ability to see is to believed so good, that he can will himself to peer into time itself and see into the past or future to receive a vision of what is going to happen or has already been done. Our limit for his ability shows that he can also view into the past or future as long as he like up to 5 minutes in total, but with the price of ongoing pain that grows until it becomes excruciating enough that his eyes will begin to bleed and render his previous abilities useless with obvious signs. These visions, however are unrefined and can be from different time-lines that might have no meaning for Ours and Andrew's purposes as well meaning that he has to fish for the right one in 5 minutes out of the near infinite amounts of these options. With practice we can refine his ability but he might be unwilling however, in the end if he does so, he will be able to view his current timeline with accurate results and we also hypothesized that he will be able to do so without the drawbacks of pain and bleeding.

We think that after Andrew does reach the pinnacle of his abilities, his final power is the ability to see the events of both the past, present and future basically he will view every event across all of the infinite timelines simultaneously with perfect accuracy. At that point of time, this is the lowest yet highest form of Time Manipulation that Andrew will ever preform as his cellular growth will stop and he will live indefinitely. At this point of his abilities it is near impossible to control his abilities at first as he will be sucked into his power and be able to travel through time by visioning himself there. However, once he travels through time he instantly loses bearing of which timeline that he is originally from meaning that he leaves his previous life for one of traveling through time.

Summary/Analysis

All in all, in our new training program Andrew's powers tend to specialize in single-target isolation and our field test shows high probability of him being able to kill important targets from a distant with the help of a long-range firearm or at close range without being harmed. While not as great, he shows proficiency in dealing with larger groups of opponents of 6 being able to out-maneuver his opponents only failing to do so 4 times and being grazed by their attacks. I suggest training Andrew with a hand-to-hand combat specialist thanks to his skill for fine-detail meaning his punches will definitely be more lethal if he aims correctly and with some skill as a long-range assassin who can remove targets from a distant. However, if his weakness are discovered he should be forced to recall immediately to try and reorganize himself for another chance, he show great skill doing so but be careful not to make our enemies know his weakness and abuse it.

His ability to see into the past and future are unreliable and should be refined to ensure that Andrew knows what he is doing with them. Until then the use of that ability shouldn't be used on missions. He will shown signs of resistance and displeasure but he'll understand the rewards for doing so in our care. Any further testing have been minuscule and provided no further detail on Andrew's powers that we know about already from previous tests. Training will commence in 2 day after this report is sent immediately.

"Hmmm, what to do, what to do..." Jonathan mumbled to himself silently as he was in his own thoughts walking down the hallway. He didn't feel like going to practice and besides missing a day wouldn't be that bad to his record, he'll just use an excuse for it latter. Jonathan thought to himself silently as he contemplated what to do in the mean time. Turning on his phone the music in his ears was beating through his earbuds, from the downloaded songs that played silently. There wasn't much for him to do anything that was interesting and lying in his room didn't appeal to him at all at the moment, so walking around the academy was the best thing he could think of. Maybe he'll find something interesting-

"Wow, dealin' drugs? What are you--a sixth grader on a playground?"

"Hey, hey, hey, no need to escalate things here. We're all trying to make ends-meat here. So about you take this little gift, and forget about everything you saw here, babe?"

Well Jonathan got what he wanted as he saw what was probably a drug deal as he noticed Maxine who he know was a dealer and honestly didn't surprise him. He leaned on the opposite locker of where the scene was happening and watched them nonchalantly as he switched his playing songs with another in his playlist. It seemed like she was having a hard time with a snooping peer of theirs, but even he seemed to be nervous, which wasn't a good thing if your trying to turn someone in for dealing drugs. Ugh, this was such a drag for him as Jonathan didn't feel like stepping in for a kid who turned this into his own mess. 'Like, seriously just let the addicts buy their drugs from the dealers and they can do their thing while we do ours, but nope there's always a guy wanting to step in. God why can't life be simpler!' He rolled his eyes as he thought to himself silently watching the trio.

"I assume you're the same dealer that I've been hearing all about, huh? I imagined you more... rough looking--and a guy for that matter. Huh, guess all dealers aren't the same as their stereotypes. Take your drug money back. I'm not going to let you just deal to the students anymore."

After hearing this he laughed to himself silently. "What is this kid doing?! Yeah this is his problem and not mine but lets see what happens and besides no good comes out of this for the most part. I hope he knows there are more dealers to try and bust you know?" He said under his breath, looking at them one before back down at his phone and opening a candy gem app which he played while waiting with boredom.

"Let me guess... your stubborn ass isn't going to give up if I just ask nicely? If you won't tell anyone about what you saw here, then I'll stop, okay?"

'Hah... it seemed likes she's kind of desperate. Hopefully this kind doesn't actually believe this girl, if he does that will be funny.' Jonathan thought to himself, smiling at the thought as his earbuds were now looped and were hanging from his ears. He was now listened to their conversation while he swiped the screen of his phone, scoring a decent amount of points in the game he was playing with the sound at a very low volume. But so far, nothing interesting seemed to be happening worth his time and he estimated after 10 minutes or so he'll leave if nothing happened within that time.

"Haha, Alright see you latter then I guess!" Jonathan said as he wiped the sweat off his forehead as he took deep heavy breaths, he was tired from practicing but it was fun and it was cool. He had early practice today and with his open schedule he had his schedule mostly open as he complete all his necessary classes last year with some help which barely made him complete them. Now this year he was mostly free with the exception of Volleyball which was his sport, but besides that nothing else.

Leaving the gymnasium, he grabbed quickly grabbed his bag and water bottle before running outside with his dark blue gym shorts that was slightly above his knees of a couple inches but it was comfortable and allowed him to move during the game so he didn't mind. He covered his mouth briefly as he yawned, before he started off to run back to his dorm to change out of these gym clothes that he was wearing which honestly he didn't mind wearing but he wanted to dress better as he had something to do later.

The ground beneath his feet, crunched as his powerful strides pushed him forward as he looked back waving to his slow friend who tried to keep up with him who ultimately failed. As he looked forward and turned the corner before he noticed a guy turning the corner at the same time. 'Oh, shi-' He couldn't even finished the thought as he tried to slow down his final step but science said 'No!' so Vincent came crashing into the other boy probably knocking the two of them both to the ground. With them both landing awkwardly with Ehster and him on a thankfully grassy area.

"Sorry man, are you okay? God, that must of hurt" Vince said with a groan as he lay on the grass looking at his bag which was sprawled away several feet from him and the water bottle with it. Deciding to finally get up, he groaned once more as he pushed himself up before reaching out a hand for the other boy. "Again, sorry but here let me help you up!" He said smiling sheepishly while with a hand rubbing his head in a apologetic way and another hand reaching out to help him up.

Born in Oregon, Jonathan was a strange kid who was always lazy in academic, athletic and social endeavors who always complained of it being too much of a hassle to 'try' preferring to listen to music and be lost in his own thoughts. He didn't seem like a kid who really cared about his life to most people however, in tests and activities that were forced on him he got near perfect scores for tests and preforming proficiently in sports when needed. Causing confusion on how this lazy kid was even doing this good without cheating by some way, and so repeated testing latter proved that he had an staggering IQ 130. However, his laziness to use his intelligence hinders him from using it to the fullest and probably never will be. In order to not be kicked out of school, he kept his grades to a minimum of a 2.5 grade point average and went got involved with a sport in school.

With his reputation of being lazy and joining a team in Sophomore year made it hard for people to trust him with the ball during games, but he didn't care. If he was given the ball he just sent it back to another teammate that was had a opening or slip through a crack in their defense. He was a strategic player, who while having a laughable amount of physical prowess he managed to outwit the enemy team which even things out with various techniques. While he was in many sports, he ditched most of them for Soccer as it was the easiest sport that he could join without being laughed at, and it suited his style of play. During these games, he started to notice the awakening of his powers as he could predict his opponents moves and re-position to counter their move.

However, his social life was still quite empty with Jonathan mostly hanging out by himself when he's not talking with his soccer teammates but he knows many people of the school. More or less as acquaintances, he is a loner/floater type who hangs out with himself most of the times, while at other times hangs out infrequently with different groups. To those who he consider his friends are only a handful who are close to him, and he hangs out with them most of the time following them and interacting with people they know. Despite this he doesn't mind as he always have earphones in his ears. Those who are friends with him know that while he doesn't seem like it, he has a very curious and likes to investigate things that he finds curious to himself or suspicious.

Little of anyone knows what of his dating life, and refuses anyone who asks him out before putting distance between them and him. People have decided to not ask Jonathan out but that didn't stop them trying to be friends with him, which he stubbornly refused at first but those who stuck with him turned into a close friend of his. However, when asked why he doesn't date he simply shrugs inconspicuously as he continues on casually.

Vincent, or also know as Vince was a new guy to Copperworth and attracted the attention of both the upperclassman and underclassman for having a new peer who wasn't from Oregon at all. He came to this school during his year as a Sophomore who caught the eyes of many people. Joining the school, he was a flirtatious guy who made many friends and flirted with many of them with no discrimination. Whether they were guys or girls, he always playfully flirted with them but despite this they still were friends with him. He held a good bond with them and was part of a sports team as well, being on the Volleyball Team for fun and was actually decent as a setter. The only other sport he rarely played was Water Polo for a short time before quitting it due to not having much time with Volleyball.

Outside his Athletic Life, Vince was a popular guy with mostly everyone and his dating life surprised many of his friends when they discovered it. He was often thought to be a guy who dating girls as he always flirted with them casually and everyone was use to it, but they were surprised when they discovered he dated both guys and girls. However, it was no surprised with him that he would date guys as Vince was open and outgoing with everything; always trying things at least once before saying 'no'. Despite having a very busy life with him and his friends plus sports, he managed to always hold a decent B average grade point amazingly.

At home, Vincent doesn't talk much about his family nor does he invite people over at all making various excuses to why they cant go or alternative suggestions. However, one time his friends went to his house once despite him saying no, and his parents were surprised but fine yet the next day he came to school with some bruises but made an lame excuse for it. Siren's Hymn - Vincent and his power has been partially active his entire life, but only recently has the entire ability been used. The first part of his special ability is that he holds a supernatural appearance of beauty that is very unnatural and rare. Despite all odds his appearance will remain generally the same, as even when covered in dirt and grime he manages to pull it off somehow. The second half of his ability has only been active ever since his 15th birthday of which when he talks to people, his words tempts them to doing what he wants them to do, while effecting their minds by gently stimulating pleasure in small addicting amounts like drugs. In minutes he could make a stranger become his friend and help him. While with more with practicing and power he could make people his best friend and upon even longer exposure could make them feel that he is privileged to do it and even be admired for doing so. During these time, he could always have them perform small suggestions that he gave them as long as it didn’t go against their deepest beliefs. After so much exposure to Vince it is possible for those who are near him the longest to lose most of their free-will and do anything to please him.

Maurice is a guy who barely falls just short of 6 foot, reaching to a height of 5 foot and 10 inches. He is a shy guy who hides his decent frame with a coat or jacket most of the time while he is working and is used to it. His face is also the same, as it is covered with a mask that covers up his burn mark that spreads from his right eye and down to his cheek in a claw-like shape. His mask covers most of the features of his face, however you can still tell that he has hazel colored hair and in the rare instance when his screen on his mask is off, his eyes are a light gray.

Maroon Red - Dark Purple

Normal Outfit
Maurice himself doesn't seem to mind working with his most notable maroon colored coat that most of his allies see him wearing all the times that they see him along with his mask. Underneath the coat he wears a light metal alloy infused skin suit that hold properties of heat and electrical resistance underneath his casual clothing which protects him in case of small accidents. The skin suit while thin and light also has is less likely to be ripped, torn or cut apart due to its partial metallic properties. His casual clothing above the skin suit are just normal clothing which are nothing special.

Armor/Work Attire

Armor

Maurice's Work clothing and Normal clothing are basically the same however, with key notable differences. His work outfit mainly consist of his under layer skin suit that he always wears. On top of that he is suited for both passive work of fixing broken things both in and out of the ship as he holds a light suit of armor. With minimal armor it allows him to still move freely while being sort of protected from threats and he has gotten used to wearing it when its needed. Also while not cheap, he has replaced the normal armor of the suit with the same alloys as his skin suit giving it resistance to electricity and fire along with the basic defensive properties being able to get hit once or twice without harm or get smacked by some unexpected derbies with lesser injuries.

Unique Armor/Accessories

The Mask

Mask - Maurice's mask while it covers his face that protects him from being seen along with sudden pressure changes and has several special properties that he himself made. For one, can be shrunk down into two earpiece that is on the back of the user's right and left ears thanks to the new technology of this age. It also has a filtration system that can last up to an half-hour protecting him from breathing in dangerous gases around him. The mask can also sustain an oxygen-breathing creature for an hour thanks to having a back-up air supply. The mask is fairly simple to put on any armor that Maurice has, as he spends time modifying them to fit the mask on.

Weapons
Modified Taser - A modified Taser to increase its electrical output by Maurice allowed him to subdue any suspicious threat that he encountered on his trips to repair things if needed. Even Aliens must hate paralyzing electrical shock...
Beretta/Pistol - A pistol that Maurice brought to defend himself with besides his Taser if he needed something lethal and while he isn't proficient with firearms, he shot the gun several times at different occasions and knows the basics.

Personality
Maurice is a helpful soul but shys often from social contact and has a difficult time making strong bonds of friendship until its a bit too late. He has a knack for technology and likes to be head-deep in the latest thing while trying to see if he can make it even better whether its safe or not. His curious nature also makes him a bit annoying as he always wants to see what this and that can do or other small things but he usually keeps it to himself wondering inside his head.

Knowledge and Skill Set
-Maurice is a more technological focused engineer who knows how to fix star ships easier along with other electrical devices with confidence however, slows down when dealing with less modern devices
-While being an Engineer, Maurice has his own fair share of Programming and Coding due to this becoming the age of computers and he gotten a small head start with the help of his uncle who was a freelance Programmer who worked by himself and his contacts
-With his Engineer profession he likes to tinker and make gadgets or improve other things which gives a great past-time to do while he is waiting to do something and sometimes these small gadgets or improvements are useful

Short History
Maurice was just a guy in California who was asked to join the Arc because he spent most of his time fixing and building things that attracted attention to himself. He was in several events and was if anything a person who people would have a Wikipedia page on about. He was known for his charity work to fixing things and raising money for organisations and made a living off freelancing programming and building requests from companies or other sources. Despite his comfortable life on Earth, he always wanted to go to space and he now had the chance so he took it while having a job that he loved.

Siren's Hymn - Vincent and his power has been partially active his entire life, but only recently has the entire ability been used. The first part of his special ability is that he holds a supernatural appearance of beauty that is very unnatural and rare. Despite all odds his appearance will remain generally the same, as even when covered in dirt and grime he manages to pull it off somehow. The second half of his ability has only been active ever since his 15th birthday of which when he talks to people, his words tempts them to doing what he wants them to do, while effecting their minds by gently stimulating pleasure in small addicting amounts like drugs. In minutes he could make a stranger become his friend and help him. While with more with practicing and power he could make people his best friend and upon even longer exposure could make them feel that he is privileged to do it and even be admired for doing so. During these time, he could always have them perform small suggestions that he gave them as long as it didn’t go against their deepest beliefs. After so much exposure to Vince it is possible for those who are near him the longest to lose most of their free-will and do anything to please him.
