Braen slowly approached the festival that was apparently taking place for 'new gods'. Braen was never much of a religious person, if God's existed why would they make his life so shitty? He knew they were gone for a few years, but there were still around for most of his life. He had only came because the event was relatively close, and he had nothing to do for a next few months so this would at least kill the time if nothing else. Looking around he noticed a lot of people carrying weapons on them, 'wow, these people are serious' he thought to himself. He'd have to be especially sure not to end up in any fights while here... cause if he did he probably wouldn't walk away with just a few bruises and broken bones.

Braen slowly approached a tent to sign up at, next to him were two people talking. He overheard something about some alliance, and the guy seemed to be hitting on the woman in skin tight clothing. And the girl rejecting him rather bluntly. But not only were people bringing weapons, but they were making an alliance... This was most curious. He simply decided to keep over listening while filling in his papers for now, getting an idea of what the other's were like might help him understand the crowd he's dealing with.

Cortez, completely focused on gunning down Raph continues to fire his pistols while laughing maniacally "Hahaha! There is no hiding from Mother Red tonight!". Then the rocket hit the warthog causing it fly over on top of Cortez. Cortez looked up at the last moment and went "Oh sh..." before the Warthog landed on top of him and pinned him underneath.

We're not talking about him being banned though, we were talking about a Mod's reaction to a "I miss him" thread.

Bio: Braen had always grown up fairly weak and brittle, injured easily, couldn't lift much, easily exhausted. He also always seemed to struggle with school, and his lack of apparent strengths caused a lot of people to pick on him, and relatively few people to want to befriend him. Braen decided in self defense treated this as if people were deep down scared of him, and that it simply meant he was destined for greatness.

But at the same time, he has a little sister named Ayanna who completely looks up to him. This has caused to try his best to be a good and decent person, rather than simply lash out at those who have hurt him. So he can be a good role model for his sister.

It had looked like Sherlock was just banning/closing any mention of Turt for a moment there.

I need help with real life stuff.

I have to agree with Holmishire and Halo. Try to get a decent idea of what your friends (specifically the boy you're interested in) opinions of LGBT first. If they respond negatively, only be honest about your sexuality if you feel like you're fine (and safe) taking the harassment for it. If not, just don't say anything, but do take efforts to distance yourself away from those 'friends' and work on find actual friends to hangout with.

If they respond positively though, then you're in the clear.
However, even if this wasn't a LGBT topic I would still suggest telling him you like him public. Not because it's homosexual, but because telling a friend you like them is a big thing regardless of the sex of those involved, and it's own respectful to tell him in private.
