Down in Mitakihara City Tyrien sat on the rooftop of an abandoned apartment building. Sitting there he gazed out onto the road taking in the sight, then his phone rang. It was a text from his girlfriend asking when he would be home. He couldn't go home until he killed the witch that is known to appear in this area, but wanting to keep his girlfriend away from that kind of world he couldn't tell her the truth. He simply replied "I have a few errands to do first, be home in a few hours hopefully". Just as he sent the message he felt a sudden wave of energy, tucking the phone away he looked up noticing his surroundings were changing. He was being sucked into the witches world. This witch was known to be a rather powerful one, so he would have to expect most of the new witches would also arrive. Which should give him a good chance to get to know the new people who took the pact, but it also probably meant Tokoma would come. Hoping to not only get a grief seed but also take advantage of the new people.

Tyrien would have to make sure that didn't happen. As the world shifted he simply ended up in a long corridor, slowly he made his way down the corridor since the witch could attack at any moment. But then he reached a door, and cautiously he opened it. Instantly the witch seemed to throw some sort of arm or tentacle at him, it was too quick to get a good look as he jumped out of the way. Then getting his balance he lunged directly at the witch, spear drawn and focusing his magic onto it in order to deliver a deadly blow. There weren't any other magical girls or boys currently at the scene, so he had no need to divert any of his magic into defense spells for now.

And even if black people are more likely to commit crime, the duty of an officer to treat everyone the same regardless of things such as skin colour. To be more strict on people strictly for their colour isn't something they should do.

It basically means correlation doesn't equal causation.

But So Boerd isn't properly applying it here which is the issue.

Yes, but their bodies aren't physically mature (and neither are their brains.) That means that, even if they trained their bodies or grew mentally, there's only so far they could go. The different would be noticeable, but not significant. To begin with, their physical bodies probably wouldn't be trained, since it's magical power that matters most, not strength.

Tyrien is large? He isn't a twig at all but rather fairly built, but big? I've seen Grade 9 football players more buff than him.

I really don't much that's too physically mature on either. Tyren's just a bit fit after years in the field, Kotomo honestly could have just gotten an earlier growth spirt
You even agreed that it's likely in her case. As for brain maturity, I meant in terms of life experience. I know they're physical brain isn't still building but they still have experiences.
Ever see cases of people who are rather young but matured really fast because they were put in a tough environment? Put most of them under a brain scan and their brains would probably still be physically growing/developing. But their experiences gave them insight/maturity unusual for their age, and constantly fighting and seeing friends die and turn into witches is sure as hell one way to do that.

And yes, magic is helping a lot. But they are still running around, jumping, moving and swinging their weapons a lot. It would still act as a form of exercise, especially sense a lot of the magic is probably invested in the flying and magical attacks. Actually it would also make since for them to try to keep themselves fit, so they can focus more of their magic on their spells rather than keeping the body from giving out and damaging itself (which, although heals fast and has a lack of pain due to the soul gems. It's still bad to have a damaged/stressed body in the middle of a fight).
