He keeps his forearms covered at all times. Even while bathing, he'll have bandages wrapped on his arms to change them in private later.

At least one solid, clear look at one of the two on his left forearm, or see his entire right forearm.
By the by, for anyone curious. If you want to know if your character is on the secret list, you can PM. Do understand however, that I will only reply with a 'Yes' or 'No' and will not give reasoning as to why your character has an informational advantage. You'd be surprised who I have on the list too.

If anyone got a picture or a good hard look at them, which is a challenge in its own right. And that person then dug around in the right places, it will link him to a certain person.
However, if you wanted an easier way to learn more about Shiro...
They could just research his weapons. He never actually forged his own weapons, he was discovered with them. He was told they were his parents. He has only since learned how to maintain and alter them but he never originally made them.

Given the position they're in Sapphire won't doubt any of her teammates intentions till given reason to. She'll doubt their competency, their ability and basically anything else but until she sees some sign that they are not exactly with the team she'll not doubt it. Gren's not given her reason to doubt him exactly but she has certain unproven suspicions, particularly regarding Pops' disappearance.
