Oh. I messed up! I for some reason though you actually had explosives on you and didn't check for some reason. Fackin'ell. The wall is nothing amazing mind you, mainly wood and plaster reinforced with thin metal sheet. There to handle brief gunfire, nothing substantial.
So we launch into the thick of it.
A tldr of the situation. We have blown up a truck at the entrence, the chemical thick smoke is perfect for sowing chaos, Cheetah is using his speed to draw attention away from Jackal. Our two snipers were given the chance to take out the sentries during explosion, so their position should still be discernible until they fire their next rounds. And with the sentries on that side down, and the others focusing their attention on the apperent attack of the gate, Claymore can possibly rig the wall

If its one down the line there is not a problem. I must have missread. And yeah. There is totally a large contingency of thralls within the force. And a bunch of vampires. ITs hard to be officer if you cannot show yourself in daylight however. Its more of a subtle influence all in. But you are right, someone higher ups is under the vampire Monarchs thumb
Nobody can be a direct Childe to a Baron. You can totally be of his line though. Also. I don't think a Vampire could be controlling the entire police force, becouse it would trace back. And that would expose the Vampires.

Baron of the French Quarters, The Baron comes from Italian and French heritage and was prolific as a behind the curtains bank roller for various Sicilian crews in the city during the prohibition. He is however older then that and has been around in town for as long as the current Monarch, serving as a general of sort during the conflict. He will, upon it striking his fancy, regale his court about stories from the French Revolution. If these are really true is yet to be determined. Not that anyone would openly doubt him.
Of the same bloodline as Lyra and her Sire, his incredible ease in maintaining Thralls has made him a massive power player. Having been one of the Barons appointed by the monarch, the "Gentleman" enjoys a iron grip on his domain. He rule by deceit and manipulation, like any good manipulator and With his Madame Blanche and others by his side, he has means to both find you and compel you to do as he please.
He is however, a very hands off person. If business is smooth, and upstarts know their place he see no big reason for kicking the nest. He knows he can very well kill anyone that gets on his radar either way.
