Current When wisdom teeth removal puts you on a liquid-only diet, you sure do notice more conversations about food than normal.

Those people who actually post their status in status updates are a part of a very small minority. One that I'm not a part of.

Kyen: yeah. I wouldnt want anyone to reach my limit, though. It tends to bring unwanted trouble.

You don't look forward to the thrill of a real challenge?
@Heroic
Kyen: to my extent? No. One of my students managed to complete three different styles, though. That alone is impressive.

Hey, that's pretty good.
@Heroic
Kyen: thank you.

Did your skills ever carry over to another prodigy as skilled as or more skilled than you?
@Heroic
Kyen: alright, you've seen my capabilities, so ill start with how i earned them. It took me 17 years to complete 100 years worth of training. Essentiially, i was a prodigy of fighting styles of my time. I had competed in every single fighting championship on the planet, not lossing a single fight. It honestly felt unfair to me at the time. Even when i tryed failing, i ended up tiring out the opponent, who would collapse out of exaustion. After that, i decided just to keep a traning dojo where i would teach the younglings of my town of my knowledge in the arts. I preffered personal one on one training regemnts, as it allowed my students to fully embrace the fighting syles of their choice, and would hold small, no reward tournaments for the children to put their skills to the test.

*Nods*
That's respectable.
@Heroic
Kyen: indeed. * finishes my plate, and puts it in the sink, washes it, then puts it away, walking back to the table*

Anyways, since it seems we have time to kill before the others return, would you like to hear some stories from my past? No sappy stuff, though, wouldnt want to bother you with that.

Sure, why not. Let's see what you got.
@Heroic

Huh, alright.

* looks around*

This place is so spacious, its incredible.

No kidding. Despite their... Quirks, Sips and Sjin can design a nice structure.
@Heroic
Kyen: *eats a bit more, then sits the fork down*

Where is everyone? Are we the only ones here?

There's probably a few people here. I heard someone next door in the main room just now, and I wouldn't doubt that there are others somewhere in the complex array of rooms here.
I'll look for a replacement then.
@Heroic
Kyen: cool.

*sits down to your right, and starts eating. I finish my bite, then speak*

Good stuff. I mixed the teriyaki a little light, this time. Perhaps next time i'll get it right.

*Takes a bite myself, then speaks after*
It's no biggie. I probably wouldn't taste the difference myself.
@Heroic
Kyen: mind if i occupy one next to you?

Nope, I do not mind if you occupy one next to me.
