That doesn't matter to most people. Artahe is gone, assumed defeated in the battle. If anyone knows if he's still around, no one had come forth with that information. There's not really anything to do.

Ridge has limited privileges that extend to everything except knowledge of the in er workings of the elements, and their use. So unless it’s along those lines, it’s fine.
