(This was a source of inspiration for this post, and should serve as a nice accompaniment to this post. So, start playing this first, and then start to read.)

"Hmm?"

Faith thought. She had noticed that, when the others were speaking, Caelis' hand that he had kept on Faith's shoulder had slightly tightened. Normally it wouldn't be noticeable, and if it were any other person, then Faith wouldn't have cared. But, Caelis had near mastery of his hands and fingers from the years he spent playing instruments, so random movements like that almost never occurred. He was thinking about something that resonated deep within him. As the others prepared to start the journey, Faith turned to Caelis and whispered

"What's wrong?"

Caelis responded "Nothing."

Faith wouldn't let this pass. She pouted slightly and gave an angry grunt. Caelis said "Fine. I was just thinking about my home, Attolia. My people... no. Attolia fought against some of the other states that these people come from. Not that I care. It's been more than a decade since I've been there... Anyways, don't worry about it. We're going to start this journey soon. So, get ready."

Caelis then walked off towards the others. In the years that they had spent together, Faith never learned much about Caelis' time in Attolia. If she asked him about Attolia, then he would usually give general answers, and quickly move on to another topic. Faith learned quickly that Attolia wasn't just "nothing" to him, but she didn't dig deeper. That was practically the only thing that Caelis had intentionally been avoiding mentioning a word about. That's why she wanted Caelis to be willing to talk about it out of his own will. Until then she would wait. After all, it didn't really matter in this moment. It wasn't like he was going there. Right now, Caelis was here with her, and that's all that she wanted. That was why she was willing to wait.

Faith walked over to the group where Caelis stood. As she approached him from behind, Faith lifted her left arm and reached...

for his hand. Faith smiled as Caelis turned to look. For a second, Caelis looked confused. Then the edges of his lips slightly curved up. The two stood together, side to side, holding each other hands without saying a word to each other. Faith felt Caelis' hand lose all the tension that it had before. She didn't need words to explain that.
Okay, will get a post up within the next few hours then! Was kind of unsure as to if I should post or not.

Three things to address,1. I am lost in all things relating to the military. Do we spend one year's worth of our income on our military, and then that's that and we have no money? Or do we take our income for a year, spend it on the military, and then have another year's worth in our coffers?2. I have a surplus crop production of 205,000, and have decided not to edit my sheet to add towns, because a) I'd rather it be left as-is and b) I already have my vassals. Is anyone in the market for crops?3. Diplomacy. Is EVERYONE (including vassal houses and all of their families) at this central area where diplomacy takes place, or.....?OH, AND A FOURTH,The map. Is it being edited soon? I'd like to get a feel for where everything is.

1. You know that total amount of money that you calculated? You start with that. Any weapons bought comes out of that initial total.

2. Some people are negative in terms of food production. Try making a deal. Also, some NPCs might be interested, but that's up to Flooby.

3. Not quite sure on this. But, I am fairly positive that the answer is a yes.

4. Map should be up within the upcoming week, and the IC starting soon after.
It's the second one. Ji as in the letter G and won as in the number 1.
Ahh, I have been waiting for this to get started. My bad. I've been checking on occasion, but haven't been posting.

Here I thought all was fine, then Japan just suddenly swept in under the guise of friendship. :P

Yea... there was a coup, but for some reason there was no resistance cause my people were not educated enough to understand what happened. My education at that point was "average" and equal to that game's Spain.

Just a warning; OTL Korea gets peacefully annexed in a few years. They would not start out in a very strong position I wager.

Lasted as Korea for a while in the last one. I think it wasn't until 1917 that I lost control due to some strange events.

@ Fortunes: You can try and negotiate buying crops from someone. I'm sure there'd be some takers.

Psst, psst. *lifts overcoat. You wanna buy a watch?

Edit: Also, in regards to the new changes in trade. Do you mind if I remove 1 city (of my three) and turn that into 5 scrubland fiefs?
Hmm, I think I'll go with Portugal.
I feel like any European nation will be drawn into the first great war that's bound to happen, so I'm a bit hesitant. I was thinking Brazil, Ethiopia, Netherlands, Siam, or Portugal.
