Personality: Back in the Old World, James was a friendly guy who simply liked to help out others and serve as a mentor or a guide to those who needed it. Although, ironically, he often found it difficult to ask or accept from help from others whenever he was in need. Often suffering alone and in silence, James would seemingly have grumpy phases where he would oscillate between being a very talkative, helpful, joke-cracking, friendly person, and a gloomy, quiet and distant recluse. But, one thing was certain, James would always figure out his problems one way or another as years of being independent had made him resourceful. He just needed time, and eventually would return to his cheery self.

Other than that, he's generally a talkative fellow who cracks jokes and puns pretty often as long as it's appropriate.

History: Prior to finding himself in the New World, James was a diligent, hardworking young attorney in one of the largest law firms in the world. While most attorneys only did a handful of pro-bono cases per year, James's yearly casework had a significant portion specifically allocated for pro-bono and public interest cases. Although that ate into his hours billed, he was a damn lawyer and wouldn't starve any time soon. Life was comfortable for him and he found his work to be very fulfilling and challenging. He didn't need to have a penthouse in the downtown area. He grew up with modest means and found the decadence and opulence of the elite to be too much for him.

Life was good for James. While he didn't have a lot of time to meet people and to have a lot of relationships, he found meaning and passion in his work. Tragically, the last thing he recalls of his old life is him driving in a storm back home from court when a utility pole fell right in front of him and sparks flying everywhere.

Incorporeal Movement: The Will O' Wisp can attempt to move through objects and creatures, but doing so will force any objects that the Will O' Wisp is holding to fall. Thus, when flying through objects, the Will O' Wisp is unable to wear or carry anything and must drop all items. Consequently, it could be reasonably assumed that Will O' Wisps are resistant to melee damage.

Lightning Affinity: Will O' Wisps are physically manifested as balls of energy and exhibit natural talent when it comes to lightning/energy based magic. Consequently, touching one will lead to shocking results.

Variable Illumination: Will O' Wisps can emit bright blinding lights in the dark that illuminate swamps or can become so dim that it's light doesn't shine and is near invisible.

Hover: Not necessarily flight, a Will O' Wisp is a weightless ball of light, thus it is an agile being that can "fly" around.

Friendly Voice: A gently glowing, flying ball of light that sounds friendly? Sounds like a bonus to charisma to me!

James Zemurray took to the podium and cleared his throat before continuing to speak

"Gentlemen, friends, and citizens of Balruba! On behalf of my compatriots to the north, I wish to congratulate you all in these trying, yet hopeful and exciting times. While I may not be a citizen of Balruba, I have the fortune and privilege to call many of you my friend. It is for that reason that I wish the best for the nation and its people. Thus, it is out of concern that I have come to speak in this Conference. The United States was designed with one basic concept in mind. To preserve liberty and freedom for its people. Not only from Tyrannical Kings, but also from the tyranny of the majority. We have all seen the horrors that have occurred in Germany, and how populist uprisings in a Republic could lead to the gruesome images that we have all undoubtedly seen of the various concentration and labor camps such as Dachau. The government must be a beacon of stability, not subject to the fickle whims of the people or to the trickery of a charismatic artist, thug or charlatan.

Thus, I urge you all to vote for the formation of a bicameral system that values both the value of the people and of the provinces of the state. Now that the island is sovereign, James' work has paid off as he had been given the green light by the government to bring in foreign investment into the country. With the backing of his father and the corporate sponsorship of the United Fruit Company, James now seeks to expand the fruit industry and infrastructure within the nation of Balruba and bring the island into the international market with a major export.
