Crunch time on wedding preparations. If my presence is spotty, this is most likely why.

Here's my second character. Less of an actiony character.

Approved :)
@Elitestpotato I've had those before. Tricky situations but better when there's more money in your pocket :p The annoying part is when one family member wants to pay, but the other family member isn't having it. Then they fight over who is taking care of the check, I get cash and credit shoved in my hands then looked at funny by both people
Anyways, I used to work at Wafflehouse. God-awful place. But I once got a $20 tip from a guy who was probably high on Meth. Also, being a male server kinda sucks at a place like that. A bit coincidentally, I work at Whataburger Now.

rofl Isn't it great when you least expect it you get that awesome tip! Doing the overnight, it was just me and my manager. I once, no joke, got a prostitute and her pimp. I swear that's what he was! She was driving me utterly insane and had me running back and forth every 5 min. But by the end of it all, he left me about a $50 tip. I actually chased after him asking if he needed change. That was an aw moment for me :p
nice :)
I have yet to find a middle of the night munchie place for me. The closest Waffle House is about a half hour away ... it's sad though, if I have to, I trudge to Walmart :p
@Tabitha Jade lol now aint that the truth!!! the diner was across from two bar type lounges, so along with all the crack junkies and pot heads, we got ALLL the drunks who came in after the bar. Sometimes it was great, they'd be too drunk to realize how much they were tipping while other times, they'd be too drunk to remember to tip. The money was good, but I'm happy I got out of the restaurant industry when I moved lol I paid my dues, worked in a sports bar, in an irish pub (real irish, connected to an irish hotel, exclusively in Dublin and New York) an indian restaurant and the diner. I owe most of my customer service skills and development of a thick skin to working at starbucks for 7 years, and now I have a part time desk job. So snug in my comfy chair and scrubs. I never have to be on my feet for 8-12 hours again! lol
@Tabitha JadeNo worries at all! I waited tables for a really long time. Eh, I exaggerate, more like 3 years in couple of different places. When you said you worked nights, I kinda figured thats what you did haha Before I left New York, I worked the overnight shift at a 24 hour diner. It wasn't all that bad, once you got used to the type of customers you'd get :p
Hi there and welcome!! oshmygoodness, finally someone close to my age :p
