I'm so happy, found two orphan newborn kittens and was able to put them in with a nursing momma cat and she adopted them right away!

That's were my thoughts were going, maybe with connections still in the Spanish Foriegn legion which regularly saw action up in Morocco and able to get weapons and such through them? E: Also Spain likely had their FL in Guinea at the time, which is closer.
I was thinking about a character either from Spain or Chile. Spain is under a fascist regime and Chile is being inundated by the CIA and American influences. Might be interesting.
Well it's right up my alley, I know Road was interested but he's got too much stuff going on. I'd be down for anything in this vein.
