I don't. get some good music going, dress how ya want, I go in my undergarments. Kinda like what I am wearing but without the bracers and other extra stuff. Watch a hype part of your favorite show and pause to get ya going.

Well, if you Know Sreig, it is very extreme. though, it is now just maintainence workouts. Lifting, swimming, and running. A normal human would most likely die if they did my dauly workouts. Yoga stretches are very relaxing as well.
