That should be good news, based off the way that she says it. The way that she says it, she makes it seem like you won the lottery. The only problem is that you have no clue what she's talking about. You don't know what procedure she's talking about.
Come to think of it, you seem to have forgotten a lot. You know your name, your age, and a few other random facts but other than that your head is a blank slate. You can't remember your life before. You can't remember what normal felt like.
