Personality: He's a sadist who loves toying with others. He's also very greedy, working only towards his own good. There's few things he's not willing to do to get ahead, which includes torture and killing. He's so good at faking kindness and being a woman that nobody would ever know without him telling them. In fact, even after they're told, most assume he's lying. They could be right, but who knows? It goes without saying that he's not shy in the slightest, often making himself the center of attention. He's either bi or only likes women romantically, simply toying with men when it seems like he's coming on to them. Nobody knows how serious he is when he's toying with them. However, it's clear that he's often just trying to get them to let their guard down.

Bio: He was born and raised in Romania as part of the World Revolutionary Powers. He agreed with their goal of self preservation by capturing the males of other countries for their own use. He thinks the Allies are incredibly stupid for trying to maintain "morality" in this day and age, and they are just as bad as the WRP in his eyes. Not that he cares who's bad and who's good, as that's an outdated philosophy. He has always manipulated others and lied, possibly including his backstory of being a single daughter born to a poor Romanian farmer and her father being a criminal forced into giving a child as part of his sentence. Maria had a knack for shooting BB guns, loving to hit the farm animals for target practice. What he really wanted to do was hit other human beings with it, although this often got him in far more trouble. Once WW3 began he was quick to sign up for the military, helping in the invasion of the NUA establishing a defensive line in Poland. He got 12 kills of Polish soldiers during the battle before being surrounded and almost killed. However, he revealed himself to be a male so that they captured him instead, and then he managed to kill 3 more of them and escape. With his display of skill he was assigned to a secret organization within the WRP to kidnap men from other countries. Maria showed great promise in discovering them, capturing 5 within his first month of service. Despite being with the WRP he was given secret orders to cooperate with the Arabian Empire in order to get even more "resources" from that area. He has since been deployed to Dubai.
