Okay. It might be a little late for me to get a reply in tonight, but you can feel free to start the battle if you want.

To explain why Evvie is in this setting, maybe I'll just use one of the further reincarnations down the line, but that would ruin the plot point about her not knowing what you are. I'm not sure how time travel would play into this.
Does she have infinite ammo for her weapons (besides the plasma cannon)?
Okay. It will be interesting to see Evvie fighting an android when she has no knowledge of high tech stuff. It will be interesting to see what she thinks you are. I bet you can trick her.
Are they a bad guy? That might make it easier to get into this death battle. Last time I used Evvie it was so hard getting her to seriously fight unless it was due to a misunderstanding or to test her power for fun.
I was mainly only active in the arena section and had a ton of failed roleplay interest checks.

The only person I've recognized so far is from the arena, Kuraudo.
5/10
I'm not intelligent enough to have a discussion about it.
Banned for making no reference to my reference of the politician guy who believes that rent is too high.
No problem. This should end up a lot of fun and good practice for me as well.

I posted an edit while you were posting so I'm not sure you noticed. It read: "What character are you planning on using? I like making my own characters but you can use an already made character if you really desire. Make them as powerful or weak as you want as long as you get some good practice going on."
Casual is good. I'll give more advice to you as requested or if I feel a good opportunity arises to do so. As for right now, advice going into this is the basics:
1. Don't control or automatically hit/kill the other person's character. If you post an attack say something like "He swung the blade towards his opponent's head with a violent sneer on his face". You cannot say "His sword slashed through his head" in your post because that's called god modding. In my post if I know I've been outdone and can't dodge it then I will say "he wasn't able to dodge in time, flinching as the metal moved unstoppably closer". Only then when it's clear that the opponent isn't dodging can you take your hit in your next post, doing the damage that would reasonably occur.
2. Our posts will go back and forth by way of each post having a response to their opponent's actions then taking an action of their own. For example, if I was able to dodge your sword swing I'd say "he ducked low underneath the blade and then lashed out with his fist towards his stomach". Then it would be your turn to respond and take an action of your own, etc.

Feel free to object to any move that seems unfair. I might have just missed something or underestimated something. For example, I could say my character ducks below the sword, but if you give a reason why he couldn't move that fast in such an example then the post can be edited accordingly.

What character are you planning on using? I like making my own characters but you can use an already made character if you really desire. Make them as powerful or weak as you want as long as you get some good practice going on.
I can help out! Here's a character I've used in the past (and I think her sheet is updated but with the site crashing I'm not positive. I'll look it over if you mention something seems off)

If she seems tough for a first battle for you then you can have a character designed to help you have a better chance of winning. I won't mind.
